This Magical 2-bedroom home is exceptionally well decorated with tasteful nods to Mickey and Minnie. This 1550+ square foot vacation home has everything you could be looking for as a base for everything that Orlando, Disney, Golf, Champions Gate resort has to offer. FULL ACCESS to Champions Gate resort facilities – NO RESORT FEES WITH US – EVER! Each bedroom has a Smart TV for guests to use. Additional cinematic widescreen TV in the Main Living Area. , Loft. Each of the TVs also has smart functionality for logging in to your favorite streaming apps. Bedroom 1\. “Fairways” King Master Suite with large premium bathroom, dual vanity sinks, a large ‘garden’ tub and very large walk-in shower. Sleeps 2 Bedroom 2\. “Touch of Magic” Full Size double bed plus twin bed. Sleeps up to 3\. Queen Sleeper Sofa in the living room that can fit 1 adult comfortably. A second large bathroom with an oversize shower is located off the main living area. The home has a full-size washer and drier in the unit – you have everything you could possibly need! We welcome seasoned primary bookers/travelers aged 21 and over and their young families in this super resort home. Groups for parties or those largely consisting of those under 21s are not able to rent this home. Guests are required to confirm acceptance of the house rules / rental agreement and provide ID in the form of a Selfie prior to access being provided. Just 20 minutes from Walt Disney World theme parks, 30 minutes from Orlando International Airport, even beaches are just an hour’s drive away. Luxuriously appointed, sumptuously furnished and exceptionally well situated Champions Gate ’ offers year-round first class resort amenities at THE OASIS CLUB to give guests of this home, inclusive in your daily rate, a vacation of a lifetime. There are plenty of activities to keep you active on your vacation including a volleyball court and multi-purpose sports courts, the exciting Splash Aquapark, a Lazy River, resort style pool, arcade and even a state of the art fitness center. In addition to all this there’s also a convenience store for any last minute items and treats as well as a large supermarket just a mile or so away. This is exactly what the doctor ordered for those ‘in-between-parks-days’ (or golf!) when you just want to relax, unwind and take it nice ‘n’ easy. NO RESORT FEES with us. You have full, exclusive access to the home during your stay and included in your visit is access to the Club House, resort pools and lazy river. WIFI internet throughout of course & private on drive parking with extra parking outside the home as well as a garage for luggage / golf club storage. Linens included of course, as are towels. Starter amenities will set you up before your first trip to restock at the local store on day 1\. This home, with the large Fridge and Freezer in a self-catering paradise. If you cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, you will be eligible for a full refund. However, please note that 3.8% of any payments made will be deducted to cover card processing fees. This fee applies to each transaction, as we incur these charges from the payment provider whenever a transaction is processed or refunded.
