Charged me 100 but i wasnt smoking in room theres no smoking rooms but no signage indicating halls shouldn't be smoked in

We would like to apologize for the inconvenience, upon check in the situation we do have the signs in the hall way and upon check in we give you a paper that every guest signs that states that the building and room is non smoking as well we have a designated area in front of the hotel. Hopefully this will not keep you from visiting us again. Thank you for staying with us.

Our room smelled like mold. Towel bar fell off. The power near the sink flickered. The blow dryer worked for 20 seconds and fried out, when I asked the desk to use a different one they said there are no others and the owner who is in Bolivia doesn’t care to replace them. There was an iron but no ironing board. There appear to be long term transient drug addicts living there, one guy was jumping up and down on his car and tossing all his garbage all over the parking lot. The sheets were dirty- not washed. Our keys were deactivated and someone riffled through our room. When I went to the front desk to get new keys she didn’t ask our name or for an ID she just asked the room number and handed us keys. We could have asked for keys to anyone’s room. Very friendly staff just unprofessional. Too bad this could be a nice property.

The room we stayed in was terrible. The room smelled musty as if it was a smoking room. The ac didn’t work consistently, the sheets were scratchy, the pillows lumpy and the carpeting was DAMP! We ended up sick after our 2 day stay. Plus they charge extra to use the hot tub which is ridiculous.

The Flamingo was great and was a great stop for the night. The waterpark was full and seemed like a great time if we had had kids! The snack bar is open to 1am and has a lot of things we would need if we had stayed longer. Great location and parking. Would stay again.
