A propane BBQ grill is available for $115, which includes the propane tank.

The Lynx Central Station, a major transit point in Orlando, is approximately a 45-50 minute drive, should you require public transport for longer distances. House Rules: To ensure a pleasant stay, please note the following: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. Pets are not allowed. We provide professional cleaning and sanitization before each guest's arrival. Check-in is at 4:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 9:00 AM. The minimum age for guests is 21. The property is located at 303 Plumoso Loop, Davenport, FL 33897, USA.
