Vacassa no better as spoke with them twice about all the issues, nothing was done or fixed, no follow up from Vacassa. Huge parking issue. No parking pass left so had to park vehicle at Walmart overnight, Vacassa told me the property manager would be calling me about it and bringing a pass, they never did call me. I never got the parking pass they were supposed to leave then bring when they did not leave it, and had to return my rental so it didn’t get towed. Carpets are filthy. Sliding door was broken very difficult to open the door to get to patio. Fridge not cleaned, piled with dust and trash on top of it. Trash all in side yard from overflow from trash cans on arrival. A parking permit is required for overnight street parking, but no one communicated this to us, and 2 of our cars were towed, costing us $250\. VACASA management told us the local manager would call and help us locate our cars, but we never received ANY communication. We found an HOA board member, who provided us the parking permits. The board member stated that management is well aware of the necessary permits and has failed to inform guests previously. 2 days prior to checkout, we had more questions, so I messaged our manager through VRBO, but received no response again. ##### Pam S. Really liked the property. It was locates close to shopping, restaurants, and theme parks. Everyone had their own space. Definitely will stay again. Negative: remove the carpet. Its dated and can't be cleaned with the amount of traffic coming and going. Also, silk plants get dusty and don't stay clean so my advice is to get rid of them. Change out pots and pans.
