This spacious and beautifully decorated 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom house is the perfect base for your Disney vacation, family vacation, business needs or just a local stay to relax. Located just a short drive from the theme parks and Orlando convention center, this home offers everything you need for a memorable stay. With a gym, hot tub, large heated pool, playroom & BBQ grills you have it all.   
  
This 3bedroom 2bath townhome has two floors, the first floor has the main bedroom and the 2nd floor with two bedrooms. The first bedroom upstairs has a king bed while The second bedroom upstairs has 2 full beds. In the living room is a queen size pull out sofa bed. Making a total of 10 people able to have comfortable arrangements.   
With a fully equipped kitchen for all meal preparations.

Great location near all attractions. Gated community with resort style pooling area. Property would benefit from minor refurbishing of floor surfaces and paint throughout. Overall clean and well kept.

#### Wonderful Host!

Renise the host is wonderful. She was always available and helpful. Condo needs painting/cleaning of walls and carpet needs to be replaced. The clothes washer did not work for us. Beds were very comfortable and the space worked very well for our family. The bathrooms have tubs but the tub water spout has been removed in both bathrooms.
