Summer Reunion

It is a large house with plenty of space. All rooms were in good order and were well stocked. We had some issues checking in which were eventually resolved. There were some issues with some things being permanently broken (ice maker, one less microwave, broken fans in the outdoor patio) but nothing major getting in the way of fun. Had issues with the theater that took a couple of days to resolve. Luckily our stay was long so we were still able to use it. The stay overall was good but expected the all the advertised amenities to be in working order since it is an expensive rental.

Family vacation

Beautiful home. A ton of space. Unfortunately there was a TON of little things wrong that should have be addressed before people stay here. ESPECIALLY because it’s not cheap! Thermastats is some rooms could not be adjusted at all. Numerous electrical outlets and switches did not work, the game room smelt musty and the air hockey and basketball game electronics didn’t work, there was 1 broken oven and 1 broken ice machine. The overall cleanliness upon arrival was mediocre at best. There were shot glasses in the pool and a dirty cup in the ice machine outside. The amount of chairs that were broken around the pool was extremely disappointing Grime on the countertops and refrigerator were obvious. Some windows were very dirty to the point you couldn’t see out them. After a heavy rain the ceiling in the media room was leaking. The pool alarm button on the inside of the house was malfunctioning. The hot tub area in the pool broke the second day we were there and it took them a day and a half to come fix it. We place numerous calls to have someone come out to look at all of the issues. They replaced a few burnt out light bulbs and some corroded batteries in remotes but that was about it. This is only the tip of the iceberg of all this issues that we encountered. I provided a list of only a few things upon our departure that were not working. I just hope some of things were addressed before the next family/group came as they had another check in the day we left.

Family Reunion

This home was very spacious. Each room had its own full bath which was great for my guests. There were minor maintenance issues with appliances however it was taken care of immediately. I would definitely recommend this home to big families. Game room, theater room and pool was great for all ages.

Amazing property in the Reunion Resort

It was a dream staying here for a family reunion for a week. House had it all and then some. Every one of its 14 bedrooms is a themed suite with its own bathroom. The dining room-living area was a huge space for gathering and the pool area was ideal for relaxing. Beautiful 18 seat theater on 2nd floor and library/billiard room on 3rd floor kept us entertained. The elevator was off limits even though requested for our wheelchaired grandmother in advance so she could not get to the upper levels. Keep that in mind if booking and need disability assistance. No small ant issue in the house while we were there.

Beautiful mansion with amazing pool

We rented this property for a company offsite and it did not disappoint. The house is insanely large, the rooms are all different themes which was super cool, the kitchen was huge and the backyard / pool area was beautiful. Lots of space for people to hang out, swim, grill, etc. It is right on the golf course which is nice but two balls did come into the pool while we’re outside. The other review mentioning ants/bugs is true so I’d recommend not leaving any food out in the kitchen area. Host was super responsive and helpful. Would definitely book again for a large group.

AWESOME STAY

The house was amazing minus the small ants that were seen throughout the entire house. My family really enjoyed our stay. The only request would be to have access to the elevator.
