Damage or removal will result in a fine. \- Follow any posted guidelines inside the home. Before you leave, please take out the trash as instructed and report any damages right away. 🛁 Jacuzzi Use \- If you’d like the jacuzzi warm and ready during your stay, there is a $20/night fee (must apply to the entire stay). \- If not requested, the jacuzzi will remain off. \- Use the jacuzzi at your own risk—there is no lifeguard on duty. 🤫 Respect for Neighbors & Property \- Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM.
