Great Place

I really enjoyed my stay at this listing. This was my family's summer vacation, and the rental was nice. I loved the ability to check-in in hassle free, its close to shopping and attractions and there are things to do on site. I will definitely return to this villa.

Smelly moldy unsafe mess.

The apt had mold on the ceiling, carpet was a trip hazard, some electric outlets and lights did not work. Apt had broken and missing blinds. If we had not already paid we would have gone somewhere else.

Won’t be back

Upon arrival we niciest a very strong musty smell, lots of the air vents have lots of mold on the vents and black markings on the ceiling above, in the living room area ceiling also. The tv would not turn on and a few of the electrical outlets did not have covers. I was noticeably that this unit is very dated, a lot lower quality that we are use too, the dishwasher and laundry machine could use some updating, the dishwasher didn’t use the soap very good so not sure it even cleaned, it took us a day and half to get the tv figured out the owner told me it was the Samsung converter that ran the tv and it tunered out to be a different one. After out first night we went out for some shopping upon returning the TV was on and working we went for a swim came back the tv was off and we couldn’t figure it out, the next day we returned after attending the park my husband decided he was going to get it to work it took sometime with lots of frustration and grit teeth finally we figured it out. A tv should not be this difficult to operate. When the owner was sent pictures the first night of the mold he totally ignored them and only reached out on the tv and was help to get it to work. We will not be returning at this location it is not worth the money to sleep in possible exposure to mold. VRBO is the choice of places we always pick to stay at but this rental unit was not classed anything above a 1.5 star and we would not recommend. We requested a refund or compensation for the trouble. Tx

The condo was very nice and conveniently located. Only thing about this property, it had black mold in the vents and on the ceiling in the living room. A quick spray with some bleach solution would take care of this. I would rent here again.

Best location, lovely place!

Literally our prayers were listened when finding the perfect place, we were looking location, cleanliness, and a tennis court, and we got everything.

Out dated and dirty

To start with, we walked in, and there was the smell of being stale. There was mold on the ceilings. The air conditioning vents were black and dirty. The furniture was old and seem to be leaning in. When lifted up the cushions there were two by fours to support the cushions as the springs were broken. The beds were very uncomfortable and old one of the beds when the sheets were taken down there were hairs on the sheets and the sheets at the bottom were dirty. There were also cockroaches in the kitchen.

Exactly what I expected

When I first booked this place I read the reviews and knew the place was older and in need of an update. When we got there it was exactly that. It was a great place to stay, close to everything, and comfortable. Yes, it could use some sprucing up, but if that doesn't bother you, then I highly recommend this place. I would gladly stay in this place again. PS. If you are renting a car, this is a good place as they have plenty of parking.

TERRIBLE!!

Started by realizing at 2pm there were still no check in codes, although check in was supposed to be at 4pm. Sent message. Waited, killed some time, sent second message at 5:30, waited, finally owner answered around 6pm, which was 2 hours AFTER we were supposed to be able to check in. Woke up the next morning and we had no water. Contacted owner through Vrbo messaging at 9am, no response. Texted at 10am, no response. Called the number listed for emergencies, got a voicemail that said to text for faster service. I left a voicemail AND texted, but no response. Finally about 7pm the owner called to let me know the water was working again, and told me it was not his fault, that there was a water main break at the building. His fault or not, a response sooner than 8 hours after calling and texting and messaging would have been nice!! As for the condo….ewww. Totally outdated. Cheapest and oldest most uncomfortable beds ever. Washer and dryer sound like a train wreck. Shower in the master bedroom doesn’t work, no hot water, knob just flops around. Carpet in living room has a huge wrinkle, watch your step, I tripped over it in the middle of the night. Door knob on the front door has too big screws sticking out of the side and feels like it’s ready to fall off. TVs in bedrooms are smaller than my computer monitor. Hot tub and pool looked like they haven’t been cleaned in a week, and the hot tub wasn’t any warmer than the pool. Complex looks nice from the outside, and the condo is a decent size. However it hasn’t been updated in several decades, and the beds are so bad we couldn’t get comfortable at all. Such a mistake to try and save a few bucks by staying here instead of the place we usually stay!!

Good place, but blinds are brittle and broken

We let managers know about broken shower, brittle and broken shades no privacy, A/C was filthy and black with mold in it. Never received even a courtesy of a $ back for our trouble. Needs extream TLC.

Not Expected

Arrived thinking the home would be a Condo or Townhouse per pictures, but instead it was like a 3 bd/2 ba apartment. The only things that looked new or updated were the TVs (which were too small for the bedrooms) and the microwave. Everything else was very outdated and the beds were very disappointing especially in the master bedroom. (Thought reservations stated that room would have a king-sized bed, but it definitely was not.) Even the toilets were not sturdy. If I didn't mind throwing away money, I would have booked another place to stay for the days we stay. 😔

Jeg havde en god korrespondance med udlejer før vi rejste, men da vi ankom blev vi noget skuffede. Der lå brugte underbukser og legetøj under møblerne. Der var noget sort i airconditionanlæg som blæste ud over loftet( måske skimmelsvamp). Skimmelsvamp på badeværelset. Bruserhåndtag var i stykker. Der var lagt træplader i sofaerne, da bunden var gået ud på dem. Der skulle være håndklæder til 6 mennesker, men 2 af dem var ødelagt. Alt var nedslidt. Det var ingen saks i huset. Komfuret virkede kun nogen gange. Servicen var fedtet og beskidt. Vaskemaskinen lavede gule pletter på vores tøj, (måske rust). Der var kakelakker. Der var lus i sengetøjet. Dør mod terrassen var i stykker, så skulle løftes for at kunne åbne. Der var ingen udsugning i køkkenet. Men en positiv ting var at røgalarmen virker.

2 week stay

Location was good. Unit was in need of alittle upgrading. Carpet had some stains. Luckily we had our own streaming service that we could log into because the local and direct TV streaming that we were told the unit had didn't work. Had some problems with the wifi but we got it to work.

Wonderful

My family and I stayed for a week. The house is the same as the ad, it was very clean, there were enough towels and bedding. The kids loved the pool, the maintenance and cleaning was perfect. More need to change the blinds of the master bedroom that is broken, I had to put a hanging cover to be able to sleep because of the light, and they need to leave extra toilet paper, paper towels and garbage bag, and the wifi does not connect. But that wasn't a problem for us, it's just feedback. We would definitely go back.

I like the house and the neighborhood. But please include more toilet paper get a better internet. And the property needs maintenance. Ducks need to be clean AC fix it master bedroom blain/curtain need replacement and change the toilet bowl screws of the master bathroom
