We have the perfect vacation home for You ! Fully equipped 3 Bedroom home with private, (screened- in) Heated pool overlooking a pond and conservation area. Just a 10 minute drive from the Disney entrance yet in a quiet gated community with children's playing area. Sleeps 6 people in 3 bedrooms. A total of 5 beds including a King Size bed in the master bedroom. Additional 2 folding cots and full size folding crib are included. 2 bathrooms including a private master bath. Close to local shopping , dining and attractions. Owner/Host is very attentive to guest needs. Heated pool request (extra charge) should be made during the initial time of the booking If possible. Great home with a pool. Was clean upon arrival and the check in process was very simple. My kids age 5 and 7 had a blast. Jeff was very helpful and kind to us. Highly recommend!

My daughter and I came to Florida for a cheer competition at ESPN Wide World of Sports; this house was absolutely perfect for us. We had plenty of room (my sons were supposed to come but couldn't last minute), the pool was great, the house was clean, and the location was amazing. Great Value! Convenient Location!

Our family of four (2 adults, 2 teens) enjoyed this home for a week. We travel a fair bit and have stayed in a lot of rentals, but found this one to be excellent value and well equipped. We appreciated the extras other places we have stayed haven’t had, such as enough hand soap, paper towel and toilet paper for the week. The community was quiet and safe which was important to us. We spent a few days at the Disney parks and found the drive easy compared to other locations we have stayed at.We will return!

Relaxing

I’m so glad we decided not to stay at one of the Disney Resorts. This home was exactly what we needed after long days at Disney. We were simply able to relax and enjoy each other’s company, in the quiet of this beautiful home. *Just minutes to Disney, traffic was light, and parking was a breeze. I would recommend this home to everyone!

***GREAT RENTAL***

We were very very pleased with this property!!! It was clean, had everything we needed, and was only about a 10-15 minute drive into the Disney Parks. As with any rental, there was a fee to heat the pool, but it kept very warm our entire trip. We LOVED that there is a pond behind the house and not other neighbors. We saw many birds and TURTLES!!! The owner was very responsive, although we had zero issues. Easy check in and check out. Would absolutely stay here again!! Thabk you :) Ww

Perfect location

If your looking for a typical Floridian villa close to Disney in a gated community then Jeff’s place is the one. Villa has everything you need , great beds , big fridge/freezer ,nice pool with a fantastic view overlooking the lake , The villa really is just 10mins from the Disney gate on world drive (using a back road). Close to all the restaurants on the 192 (west) Walmart is 5 minutes away for all your park snacks etc and less than 10 minutes to the I 4 for all the other parks like Universal etc. Jeff checked on us a few times via email ( my preferred form of communication) especially around the time of the hurricane and was a first class host.

Wonderful!!!

We so enjoyed our time in this vacation rental! It is exactly as described, clean and cozy! This is the best supplied home we have rented on VRBO, I believe. I came prepared with trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, etc, but plenty of all were supplied - that is very rare! The owner's communication was perfect - he contacted us ahead of time and mid trip and was quick to respond to a question. The location is very convenient. I loved how close it was to the action, but removed from the hustle and bustle. I enjoyed feeling like a local using the backroads and shortcuts to shopping and dining, not to mention Animal Kingdom! I would 1000% stay here again if we return to the area and the home is available! Thank you!
