It took 45 minutes or more to return home from Universal each evening. The pool/clubhouse/restaurant was a nice perk but we only used it one night due to arriving home late in the evenings and spending full days at Universal. The Guest Ranger 3rd party identity verification from the host was a pain to deal with and prevented us from receiving any check-in emails b/c it logged that my DL was expired when it wasn't. This process is unnecessary in my opinion b/c VRBO does it's own identity verification for guests and hosts. Overall I'd recommend this property as a good spacious, comfortable and clean home to stay in Orlando. ##### Emily M. The only thing is I thought there were 2 bunk beds based off reading the amount of beds and it was only one bunk bed per the pics. The kids enjoyed themselves and I was able to relax. Also the stores near the area was such a convenience we didn’t have to drive far for store runs. ##### Voyageur vérifié Séjour de 4 nuits en décembre 2023 ### 10/10 – Excellent #### Denise P. 1 août 2023 Points forts : Propreté #### Front door When we checked in the door was fine but by the 3rd door the door was getting difficult to open so we started using the pool door to get to get out will send someone around and open the door from the outside so informed them of the situation around 8 am the got back with me a hour or 2 later and let me no they’ll send someone out in a couple of hours and sure and behold they came about 6 pm ##### Denise P. Séjour de 5 nuits en juillet 2023 ### 4/10 – Médiocre #### Derek G. 7 juill. 2023 #### Was charged over $306 for blowers to the jacuzzi that never worked Columbia management was at first responsive to problems such as light fixtures not working and the blowers for the jacuzzi not working but after I had asked for a refund for paying extra for the blowers not working, they were less responsive. I have since disputed the charge with my credit card company since no one from property management will get back to me. Initially we were happy to have finally started our vacation but noticed a ton of cars parking on the street. this made it harder to navigate through the small roads of the neighborhood and the description says no parking allowed on the streets but this wasn't enforced. Overall it was a nice property but I won't be going back for the problems listed. ##### Derek G.
