C'est génial que l'emplacement soit pratique pour votre visite à Universal Studios, malgré les désagréments sonores. Hôtel moins moderne que plusieurs autres se trouvant aux environs. Toutefois, il sait se démarquer par son service, la grandeur de ses chambres, la propreté des lieux et le stationnement gratuit. Nous n'avons absolument pas regretté notre choix!

Chambres des années 1990 non rénovées, vieillottes, mais propres. Personnel sympathique, mais le service n'est pas top. Quand nous sommes arrivés, nous avions pas assez de draps, on nous les a fournis mais avons du nous même faire le lit..... inadmissible dans un hôtel.. Sommes restés 2 jours, pas les lits faits le lendemain du premier jour comme cela aurait dû l'être. Conclusion, assez cher pour le service rendu. Je ne recommande pas, bien que le personnel soit serviable et sympathique

Le personnel devrait donner des cours a d’autres..ils sont polis, souriants etde bonne humeur. Nous demandent regulierement si tout va bien, si nous avons besoin de quelque chose. Prennent la peine de nous dire bonjour lorsqu’on les rencontrent que ce soit dans les passages, ascenseurs, au dejeuner ou a la reception. Un petit hic, la salle de bains, en particulier le bain, pourrait etre renover.

Comme toutes les chaînes américaines, il y a toujours cette moquette vieillotte dans les chambres et les couloirs.Mais pas d'importance car l'accueil est sympathique, le wifi , le petit déjeuner et le parking (mes 3 critères de références)gratuits. Sans oublier la piscine!! Seul petit bémol: un peu bruyant à cause du réseau autoroutier.Mais c'est logique compte tenu de la proximité des parcs et des outlets.

Stanze standard ma confortevoli prima colazione abbastanza ricca. Posizione tranquilla e silenziosa. Personale discreto e efficiente. Forse pochi tavoli per fare colazione e farla nella vicina saletta conferenze non era bello e comodo.. ma sto proprio cercando un difetto!!

We liked the lemon water😃. The gal at the front desk was super friendly! Coffee was great, breakfast options good. Very comfortable beds and pillows. Carpet had some stains and door entryway was damaged. Plenty of towels. Overall a great stay and value!!

Great location in walking distance to Universal City Walk and a few great restaurants. Local trolley to downtown attractions. Hotel had roomy hotel rooms, great breakfast and friendly helpful staff. We enjoyed the pool area. Made a perfect stay for visiting in the area.

Our stay was relaxing and the staff even the other guests were above and beyond. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the pool and spa area were clean. Breakfast was served every morning from 7-10. The housekeepers stocked towels and cleaned every day they even went as far as putting my kid's stuffed animals they got at Universal Studios on our beds properly just like we would at home.

Staff was very friendly. The property was clean and inviting. Great for families travelling with kids. It was nice to wake up to a hot breakfast every morning with different options. For the price- it was worth it. Very close to the Orlando parks and so many dining options close by.
