We had a few challenges with early check-in, glass shards found in the area rug (was resolved quickly) and the condo description stated it had a pull out couch that would accommodate 2 people. This was not the case, the couch was not a pull out. It took me several days to work with the management company to resolve this issue and I had to have my kids bunk with another family. I would stay there again- however it was frustrating to have to deal with several challenges when you are there to relax. ##### Angela A. The only issue we had was that the washer was broken. (Which we were told about before check in. ) We were unable to wash our towels for the whole stay (4 days) as a part had to be ordered. There was water and sheets in the washer that had been there for a while. It had soured and smelled up the condo. I contacted the property manager to see if someone could at least come and remove the smelly water and items from the washer. They put in a ticket for maintenance to come, but no one ever came.
