Rental Policies
• Check-in: 4:00 PM / check out: 10:00 AM
• Early or late check-in/out: 1/2 nightly rate
• The rental agreement will be sent once the booking is made and must be completed within 48 hours to avoid potential cancellation
• Pool and spa heating is available at an additional cost, with varying rates by property.
• No smoking / No pets
• By state law occupancy of property must not be exceeded
• 20% non-refundable deposit due at time of booking
• Final payment due 60 days prior to your arrival
• 13.5% sales and tourist tax (not included in nightly rate)
• One-time cleaning fee required upon all stays
• Daily housekeeping services are available upon request

• Bookings made inside of 45 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.

Fabulous house but caution, access is tricky

Fab house but within a gated community within reunion which itself is gated. We were given a plastic card to enter reunion resort which worked fine but had to put my UK driving license into a machine to open the gates to Bears Den community. That did not work well and we were left waiting for the gates to open many times often having to wait for someone else to arrive and tailgate!. There is a pass for the car which opens the gates automatically but Magic Vacations wouldnt give us one saying only for owners! We were told the security guards who open the gates are apparently a third party company who are scattered across the USA so we couldnt get a resolution. Magic Vacations were not very helpful at all. Ironically someone destroyed one of the gates with a truck probably so for the second half of the holiday the gates were permanently open!!! Not just me frustrated with the gates then?
