A few things were missing in the house and we had loud neighbors at the begining of our stay. FunStay was very efficient in their response: we had an Amazon Delivery on the first morning providing us with the missing items in the kitchen and they were very productive and reassuaring in their intervention with the neighbors. I can’t say enough about this home the pictures do it no justice it’s Beautiful from curb appeal to when you first open the door. They spared no expense the house was filled with everything all you had to do is walk in and unpack. Every room had full character details that made the children feel so special. The size of each and every room is huge the decor is perfect. When I go back to Florida this is where I want to stay again. I loved the fact that there was a crib and high chair which some places don’t supply This is definitely a five star place. The price was perfect for my size family. It was very quiet and peaceful which Was important loved the gated entry. The pool the hot tub was amazing the game room was amazing loves the robot A/C it was an eye catcher. Plenty of space, bedrooms to bathroom ratio was great! The start up kit was very nice after a long day of travel, as well. The house is a rental and could benefit from a good deep clean, and some new linins. My family and I would return to this house, the communication that we had with the property owners was quick and rectified ASAP!
