This beautifully furnished 5-bedroom, 4-bathroom villa is nestled in the prestigious Champions Gate Resort, one of the most sought-after vacation destinations in Central Florida. Just 12 miles (12-18 mint) from Disney and a quick drive to Universal and SeaWorld, this home offers the perfect balance of location, luxury, and relaxation. The Home This spacious villa accommodates up to 12 guests in comfort and style. On the main floor, you’ll find an open-concept living area, a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, and large sliding doors that open onto your private screened pool with a relaxing patio view. Downstairs features a cozy queen bedroom and a bunk bedroom (full over full) sharing a bathroom. Upstairs, you’ll find three additional bedrooms: a queen primary suite with ensuite, another queen bedroom, and a fun Toy Story–themed bunk room that kids will love. Every bedroom has its own flat-screen Smart TV, and a washer/dryer is included for your convenience. What to Expect Before Check-in Just like when you check in at a hotel, Florida law (Florida Statutes, Chapter 509.101(2)) requires a quick guest registration before your stay. We’ve made this process fully digital so it’s simple and secure, while also protecting both you and us from the scams that unfortunately occur in the Orlando area. Here’s how it works: After booking, you’ll receive a short online form to complete. You’ll be asked to upload a photo of your ID and a selfie holding the ID to confirm your reservation. For added security, we’ll also request a photo of the card used for the booking and a selfie holding the card—similar to how hotels verify your ID and credit card at check-in. Once everything is verified, we’ll provide your digital door code so you can go straight to your vacation home. Please note: at least one guest must be 21 years or older and present during the stay. ??
