This home affords you and your loved ones the opportunity of enjoying the facilities in the home as well as those in the entire resort to enhance your relaxation, fun and amusement. You are sure to have a wonderful stay! Our lovely Disney area Town Home located on Regal Palms Resort. This great Florida villa offers easy access to the Disney parks which are a quick, traffic free and straight forward drive away in around 15 minutes to the nearest Disney Park. This home offers the living area with comfortable seating, Smart Flat Screen TV (to stream all your favorites); dining area, (with table and chairs seating 6); fully fitted kitchen (with kitchen stove/oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee maker, Keurig, microwave, toaster and cookware); breakfast nook; washroom (with washer & dryer on the main ground level floor. On the upper floor there are 3 bedrooms & 2 baths. The Master Bedroom (with en-suite facilities with Roman tub) has a King Bed and Flat Screen TV. The property is very spacious and clean. The location to the pool is no more than a 5 to 10 min walk. The pool area is clean and has a relaxing feel to it. The property location to disney is perfect, all parks within 30 min drive and within 40min of universal, i would add this was mainly due to roadworks on the i4, once this is complete travel to universal will be 30 mins. It was exactly like the pictures. Really just an overall easy process. Thank you Daniel. The location was quick and easy to get to all our vacation destinations. The kids loved the clubhouse and the pool area. A really nice grocery store so close which was so handy. Would totally stay again. Thanks again. We had a wonderful stay! Apr 10, 2019 #### This place was very comfortable and clean and the property manager was friendly and responsive. The property was gated and we felt very secure. The place was very comfortable, felt a lot bigger than it looked. The property manager was responsive and always answered back within an hour. The place was very clean would definitely stay again and would recommend to anyone. Only thing I didn’t like was paying resort fees because we didn’t use them because we didn’t have time, but that is minor.
