Sleeping up to 12 people, this home provides bedrooms on both floors as well as spacious, well equipped accommodation including a Queen sized suite on the first floor and a games room with Pool table, Ping Pong and Air Hockey. Two themed children's rooms provide accommodation for up to 6 children, making this a great place for 2 families sharing. Encore is a world renowned, private gated resort only 10 minutes to Disney and 30 minutes from the Airport. Ensure all windows and doors remain closed while the AC is in use to maintain efficiency. 7) Quiet Hours: The resort quiet hours are from 10:00pm - 8:00am - Please be respectful of neighbors at all times. 8) Property Inventory - Do not remove any items from the home. All furnishings, linens, and amenities must remain on the property at all times. 9) Accidental Damages - Accidents happen - if anything gets damaged, please notify us right away so we can address it promptly. 10) Towels & Linens - We provide fresh towels and linens for your stay. Do not use towels for makeup removal, self-tanning products, cleaning, or any other purpose that may cause staining or damage. Do not remove any towels or linens from the property. If any towels or linens are found stained or damaged, we will make every effort to clean and restore them. However, if items cannot be returned to their original condition or are missing from the property - a replacement fee will be applied. 11) Excessive Trash - Please help us keep the home clean and comfortable by managing the trash disposal during your stay. Trash should be taken out on the scheduled collection days - the trash collection days are listed above. Pros: It is in a great location close to a lot of places but also in a safe community. The pool has a pool shelf which is great for young kids. There are multiple bedrooms with a connected bathroom. There was additional furniture out by the pool this stay with an umbrella which was nice to have to use. Cons: The spa was not working the first day and the main level floors were dirty upon arrival. There was also still maintenance issues that hadn’t been corrected since our stay the year prior (ex. a broken globe in one bedroom, broken hinge on pool storage bin etc). There was also a party at the house next door on our last day, when security was called they turned the music off but continued yelling and screaming outside until 2am keeping everyone up in our house. Some things to note if you want to stay here are that you have to bag all garbage but only two trash bags are provided. It would be nice to have one bag per day of the reservation provided. There is also a lack of privacy as there is constantly yard workers, pool crew etc coming into the backyard without notice. On our last day we talked to management who said pool crew would wait until after 2:30pm to come, yet 3 individuals came at different times over an hour span that morning for the pool so there was definitely a communication break down there. The property was clean and looked just as the listing showed. The pool wasn’t heated at first but they were able to fix the issue the first day. The property is in a safe neighborhood and the pool was very nice. The only thing that wasn’t as good was communication was very slow when contacting management. ##### Jeff C. The house was beautiful and very clean. Very quiet relaxing neighborhood. The only down fall is you don’t have access to the water park or any other activities in the “encore” resort if you booked your vacation through vrbo. ##### Tina R. They were extremely responsive to anything that we needed. The beds were very comfortable. The house is extremely clean the backyard and pool were gorgeous. The kids loved this house with the gane room & pool! The pool alarm takes time to get use too. The rooms are big and each room has it's own bathroom which is a plus! Great gated community felt safe!
