Pet Policy:  
Vista Cay Community HOA allows dogs under 35 lbs only.   
2 dogs maximum allowed per unit.  
(No other types of pets are allowed to stay at Vista Cay)  
$99 per pet, per stay  
This fee goes to the cleaning company to perform the deep cleaning required for the health and safety of future guests.   
Any potential, incidental damage caused by said pet(s) will be the responsibility of the guest of registration and will be charged to the credit card on file.  
There is no fee for service animals.  
A pet fee is still required for all ESA dogs.  
If an unauthorized pet is discovered, a $250 charge will be added to the guest's credit card on file for pet-friendly units or potential immediate cancelation of the reservation and no refund for non-pet-friendly units.  
  
 HIGH CHAIR AND PACK AND PLAY RENTAL:  
 High Chairs and Pack and Plays are available upon request.   
 The rental price for each is $10 a day + tax.  
 This charge goes towards the purchase, upkeep, and sanitization of the items :)

Overall, the property was nice. It took time for the toilet tank to fill up between flushes, but this may have have been a Florida thing. The management team was very responsive. The gym was small, but adequate. Having a a washer/dryer was a nice feature.

#### Good Value and Great Location

We were happy and comfortable staying in this townhouse with our 2 teens and dog. There is plenty of room for everyone. The bathrooms and kitchen are a bit dated and worn, but everything is clean and the property is very nice and full of other families on vacation. We would stay here again.

#### Stayed with my tradeshow crew - 4 of us

Vista Cay is a great location for convention center visits. Units range in size and amenities. This unit was a bit short on amenities and it was priced accordingly. It was very clean. There were a few things not operating properly, largely because renters don’t report them. I do, however. All were attended to immediately! Excellent service. This property is managed by the onsite staff, Millenium, and that was super convenient. Great stay!

#### Absolutely perfect location and great Vista Cay condo development

Honestly, this townhouse is even nicer-- and roomier-- than the photos and description suggest. It's true that you need to climb stairs-- the entrance level floor has just the one bedroom and bath with laundry. Kitchen and living room and convenient half bath are up one flight-- the living room is enormous , but cozy with room for the family to gather. Then there are two more good-sized bedrooms on the third floor, and another full bath. The grounds are kept beautifully, the pool area was friendly, clean and sparkling and even includes a kiddy pool. And a hot tub! The whole area of Vista Cay is wonderfully child-friendly. There's a playground a block from the house, and just beyond the pool is a beautiful nature reserve, with ducks, cormorants, all kinds of birds and wildlife. My 3 year old grandson loved it almost as much as he loved Disney-- and we loved it even more. A short walk to a nice breakfast place in one direction, plus a Walgreen's; a big Publix in the other. Honestly, you have everything you need, including access to all the Disney parks, Sea World, and downtown Orlando. I think the conference center was just down the road since a lot of business people seemed to be staying onsite. Only complaint-- leave extra kitchen garbage bags for the guests. We called for an extra and the front desk brusquely said no. Would happily stay here again and my daughter in law hopes to re-book it for a family reunion for her folks out west.

Property was just as described with bedrooms on first and third floors. Ideal accommodations for two families. Pet friendly was a bonus!
