The towels were thin, small, stained and scratchy. The dishwasher was finicky and only worked some of the time however the dishes never got a good clean. The fire alarm went off in the unit(battery needed to be changed) maintenance was very slow to respond. The kitchen needs to be outfitted to replace items that have gone missing. Made several calls and inquiries to property management with slow response. The unit was updated and comfortable minus the few things mentioned above. ##### Sarah P. My family enjoyed staying there. Had no contact with the owner not even an email or property manager. Property overall was good, great location to alot of things but the pool was a little disappointing as its way too small for the amount of ppl that have access to it, not to mention no where near enough chairs for the guest and everyone was on top of each other. ##### Michelle B. There was plenty of room for my family of 6\. Big kitchen, but not all the utensils you need for a meal. For example there was only one bowl, so if you need bowls for anything you may want to bring some. Also when we first got there the washing machine was not working, so I had to deal with that, which is not something you want to do on vacation. We also had to get a maintenance man up to fix the garbage disposal. These are all things I feel a guest shouldn't have to take time out to deal with. We loved the modern decor and furniture and there was more than enough space for our family with two teenagers. The leather furniture in the living room was so comfortable as well as the beds in ALL three bedrooms. We really enjoyed the huge, heated swimming pool and hot tub too. Eli at the front desk was great. My only complaint is that I emailed the night before asking for a one hour early check in, and I called the morning before to leave a message to ask about an early check in (as instructed in the email) but no one got back to me so I called about an hour before I got there and she said the room was ready.
