The open-concept floor plan features a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, pendant lighting, and a breakfast bar with seating for 4\. Adjacent to the kitchen, the formal dining area accommodates 6 guests, while the living room invites you to relax on the sofa and love seat in front of the large wall-mounted flat-screen TV. On the other hand, we chose this house particularly because on the map in VRBO it was very close to the swimming pool, water slides, etc. Upon our arrival we find that we are 5 minutes by car from these facilities. The information on the card is wrong. There were cheaper rentals and a little further from the services, having had this information we would not have paid more for nothing. We always get good value anytime we stay. This place was fairly new, and it appeared none of the previous guests left anything for communal use such as hand soap or laundry/ dishwasher detergent, so we bought it all ourselves. The screened-in pool was definitely beneficial with 2 kids around. It was about a 2 mile drive to the community pool (although they are building one for this new part of the community). We did have to communicate with the owner to send maintenance due to the fridge water filter needing replacement and a minor issue with the dining table, and while we got a response back no crew came to repair the issues.
