Free Super Fast Fiber WiFi. Free US & Canada Phone Calls. No resort fees. Free pool heat October to May. We have recently replaced the full AC system, pool heater and pump, sun loungers, cooker, fridge freezer, dish washer, washing machine, dryer, pool furniture/cushions and mattresses. This fully licensed holiday home has a great location overlooking the lake. It has been professionally furnished to the highest standard and recently redecorated. On the ground floor, the kitchen, dining and living areas are joined by an en-suite double bedroom with a queen size bed. The ground floor en-suite bathroom includes a bath and a shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, cooker, fridge freezer and microwave. In the dining area is a full size table and a breakfast bar. It also leads out onto the patio of the pool area. Upstairs, the master bedroom is furnished with a king size bed and enjoys an en-suite bathroom with a double shower. Both enjoy great views of the lake. Also on the upper floor are two double bedrooms with twin beds and a family bathroom to provide plenty of room for everyone to relax. At the rear of the property, overlooking the lake is a 20ft x 10ft heated private swimming pool with a security fence and safety gate with a lockable latch. The pool is lit with underwater lighting so after dusk, kids love to swim whilst you enjoy a beer or cocktail. Sun loungers and deck chairs offer a relaxing time next to the pool. Only the end townhouses like this property, have a large swimming pool. Baby and toddler equipment is provided free, ready for use. These include high chair, fold-able cot and 2 stair gates. The cable TV service has also been upgraded, many in HD. At the front of the property is plenty of free car parking including designated disabled parking spaces. We have been renting vacation homes for years so knew what to bring with us. Anything we didn't have could be easily purchased at nearby stores. The community is nice and quiet. We mostly just stayed at the house, enjoying the pool and walks in the neighbourhood. Ian was absolutely amazing to deal with. He responded promptly to questions and was very friendly. Prior to our vacation stay, Ian was very responsive in replying to emails received requesting additional information. Upon arrival, the home was in excellent condition. Home was very clean and well stocked with towels, etc. Make sure to bring your own shampoo and other personal care items. Grocery stores, Wal-Mart and great restaurants are all near by and WDW Theme Parks are a short 10-15 minute ride depending upon traffic. Subdivision where home is located is gated, and subdivision is very nice with pools, fitness area. In addition, there is a large center lake with a walking path around the lake for those that like a morning walk/jog. No problems accessing the amenities. Our only draw back was that the master bedroom is on the 2nd floor. Except for that, I wouldn't hesitate staying in this home on our next trip to WDW. There was no communication with the local property manager because we had no problems with the home. Thanks Ian, you're rental home fit our needs just fine. ##### Elizabeth R. We used the pool despite temps in the 50s! A short drive from all the parks and about 90 minutes from the Atlantic. Everything you could need was already stocked in the kitchen. The pool was a great size and heated when we arrived. Ian was very responsive with any questions I had. The only things we were a bit disappointed in were the townhome does not have a grill (when it says grill in the amenities list) and the resort hot tubs close at 6pm/sundown. Don't plan on relaxing in the hot tub on a chilly night. All else considered, this is a beautiful, clean home that was a great value. ##### Tami R. This is our second time staying in Ian’s villa we stayed for 3 weeks this year. (we have already booked for 2019) what can I say contact with Ian before and during our stay was very good, Ian always responds very quickly. The villa it’s self is in a great location both on the complex and from the parks, just off the 192 where there are plenty of places to eat, many supermarkets including a new Walmart. The gated complex is just lovely, nice and quite, pool area is lovely as well. should you need anything reception is always happy to help. The villa has everything you need for a perfect stay in Orlando it’s home from home for us and I just love staying there. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Orlando now. Great villa ##### Kelly B. From day 1 Ian has been very helpful and very quick to respond to any little question. Plenty of details for arrival and departure made both very easy. The place itself is very nice with plenty of room for 6 of us (two couples and 2 kids). There is a small pool right in the backyard but we often used the clubhouse pools and hot tubs. This was a perfect spot for our Disney trip as all of parks are within 15 minutes of here, in fact we're so close you can hear the fireworks every night! The property owner was very professional and courteous. All our questions were responded to in a timely manner. Checking in & out was effortless. The property has everything that's needed for a comfortable stay. The pool was very secure for young kids with multiple safety measures. The location was ideal with shopping nearby and the Disney parks 15-25 minutes away. The community was quiet & peaceful.
