*SELF-CATERING HOME: Upon your arrival, there will be starters of some essentials needed for the home. You will find hand soap, one roll of paper towels, laundry pods, dishwasher pods, trash bags, and a roll of toilet paper in each bathroom. Once these items are used, the guest will need to shop for more if they are required.
*PAYMENT ARRANGEMENTS: A $350 refundable payment is due with the initial booking, and the balance is due 90 days before arrival (Booking platforms like Airbnb are subject to other arrangements)
