HOUSEKEEPING • To ensure a spotless experience, the home is professionally cleaned and inspected before your arrival. Daily housekeeping is not included in the rental, but mid-stay cleaning can be arranged in advance for an additional fee if needed. Compass Bay is located in one of the best areas of Orlando (Kissimmee), a gated community that offers a perfect location for anyone looking to be close to Orlando's famous shopping centers. In addition, Compass Bay is close to the two most visited spots in the city: Walt Disney World and Premium Outlet. Included in your stay, you will have access to: • Gated community; • Heated pools; • SPA; • Playground; • Gazebo and picnic area; • Lake. Three days before the guest's arrival, the voucher with check-in instructions will be sent. This is a self-catering vacation home. Guests must purchase any further items needed that they'll consume or use during the stay or replace products when they are over. This includes personal care products, food, drinks, etc. The offered amenities listed below are only initial supplies, small-sized: • Bathroom: One toilet paper per bathroom, a garbage bag that is already in the trashcan, Small shampoo and conditioner. • Kitchen: Two garbage bags, Sponge, Dishwasher soap, Paper towel. • Laundry: One laundry detergent. • Linens/sheets: 1 sheet kit per bed, one towel per guest (house’s maximum occupancy).
