Guests must purchase any further items needed that they'll consume or use during the stay or replace products when they are over. This includes personal care products, food, drinks, etc. The offered amenities listed below are only initial supplies, small-sized: \- Bathroom: One toilet paper per bathroom, a garbage bag that is already in the trashcan, Small shampoo and conditioner. \- Kitchen: Two garbage bags, Sponge, Dishwasher soap, Paper towel. \- Laundry: One laundry detergent. \- Linens/sheets: 1 sheet kit per bed, one towel per guest (house’s maximum occupancy). PLEASE NOTE: The following extra services are available and must be requested at least 48 hours before your check-in date. Here are the details: • Early check-in (from 12 pm): $127, subject to availability. • Late check-out (until 3 pm): $127, to be requested no later than check-in time and subject to availability. PARKING • Each unit is allowed 2 cars and they can park in the garage and the driveway. • If the garage is unavailable to be parked in, there are several free spaces on Oakwater Drive 3\. Not allowed to park in the street, up near the Clubhouse or in someone else’ driveway. • Each guest with a vehicle must register it at the Clubhouse; the hours are 10am – 6pm seven days a week. If you ́re arriving late, you have the option of leaving a note on your windshield stating you will get a parking pass in the morning or call Security Guard at 86-668-1166 and let him know they are on property. CLUBHOUSE • All amenities are open to the guests. • Fitness center and pool are open from 9am – 8pm TRASH • Trash must be disposed of in the dumpsters on the right side past the Clubhouse • Waste gets picked up daily but at varying times. • We do not recycle, but any cardboard boxes need to be broken down and only household trash can be put in these dumpsters. • No loose trash. We loved this condo! It was so clean and spacious. It was well-equipped and even had a welcome gift upon arrival. The key pad entry was very easy to use. The balcony had a pretty view of the lush landscaping between buildings. Communication was excellent before check-in, telling us everything we needed to know. We've stayed at many places in Orlando over the years, but this place is the one that was best located for us. It's very close to all the parks (10-15 minutes) and is literally next door to Wal Mart which makes it easier to grab anything you would need. The house was clean and had almost all the necessary amenities (was just missing some dish towels). The pool area was also great and really not busy. We were only a couple of families at a time. The 3 bedroom condo was beautiful and very close to the Disney World which is our goal. There are some things that everyone should know. The entire condo is on the second floor; not just the bedrooms. The only thing on the ground level is the entrance and garage. The garage is not something that guests can use as there is no way to close the garage from the outside. Additionally, three to four days prior to arrival was when we received the property rules; one of which was a restriction on how low the Air Conditioning can be set (73°) and that requests for this to be reduced would need to be made through the property. We are from the North and we keep our house at 62° in summer (58° in winter) and they approved us to reduce the temperature to 68°. When we arrived the smoke detector was chirping (it needed battery replacement). We could not reach the smoke detector and had to call the property manager to have someone come and they arrived over 4 hours later (which as many know that noise is annoying). Additionally the temperature had not been reduced and also required the maintenance staff to come and reduce. It should be known that we originally were set to arrive late Sunday night but due to severe weather we arrived about 14 hours later than expected and would have had to wait for these two things to be addressed. I recommend asking for the rules at booking ##### Shannon D. It was comfortable and made for a relaxing week. Thank you for your willingness to work with us when we needed to reschedule last-minute. Oakwater is beautifuly landscaped with gardens between the villas that provide a shady place to walk. We even enjoyed the occasional rabbit munching on the greens. The pool was a welcome reprive from the heat and the water was perfect. This was our 3th stay at Oakwater and we have always loved it. ##### William W.
