### Affordable condo 3 miles from Disney and Golf!

NO CLEANING FEES!! Amazing Location 10 minutes from Disney and Golf with dining within walking distance. Clean, extra-large Condo in a gated community, Free WIFI and parking.  
Two Bedroom, fully furnished with a stocked kitchen everything you need to have for the perfect Orlando vacation. King master bed, 2 twin beds and Sofa Sleeper in the Living room. Private screened in balcony facing conservation area to enjoy quite time before you hit the theme parks. Community pool/hot tub.  
Smoke and Pet Free  
As you walk in the fully Air Conditioned Condo with WIFI throughout the first thing thing you will notice is how spacious the condo feels actually it is over 1,200 sqft.  
The large living room greets you with a comfortable couch that converts into a double bed or you can watch TV.  
To the left is a 1st bedroom with 2 twin beds and a large closet. The kids can relax in here while watching TV or surfing the internet.  
Connected to the living room is a shared full bathroom with a jacuzzi tub. The bathroom has plenty of space to get ready for a day in the Theme Parks or the golf course.  
Connected to the Living room is a spacious fully equipped kitchen with a full-size stove and refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave, kurig and drip coffee maker, dishes, utensils, pots and pans for you to prepare your meals all you need is your food.  
Connected to the kitchen is the large dining/family room the dining room table has seating for 6. The family room with a full-size couch and chair is where you can unwind for the evening watching the 55 inch roku TV or surfing the internet. The spacious master bedroom is just off the kitchen and has king bed with nightstands and a 50-inch roku TV. The master bedroom also has a large private full bath with a walk-in shower. Connected to the family room and master bedroom is a balcony facing a conservation area where you can take your morning coffee before a day exploring the Orlando area.  
The full-size washer and dryer and an iron and ironing board are in a separate laundry room off the kitchen.  
Guests have access to a shared hot tub, pool and gym in the complex clubhouse. The condo is a private residence and the indoor areas are not shared with anyone else and parking is free

The Condo is located off Hwy 192 and Formosa Gardens Blvd. and is just 2 miles from Disney's main gate.  
The neighborhood has many entertainment, restaurants and shopping within walking distance. These include Mighty Jungle Mini Golf . Restaurants are Carrabbas, Outback steakhouse, Bone Fish Grill, Cracker Barrel, Giordano Pizza, Red Lobster and TGI Fridays. Formosa Gardens Village shopping plaza. There is a Tourist Information Center within walking distance. Within a minute drive there is H2O Water Park. A Walmart Super Center, Target and a Publix Grocery are a few minutes drive away.  
The primary transportation is by car. The condo has easy access to Hwy 192.  
There is a public bus stop (Route 55) on Hwy 192 within walking distance and on the same side of the street as the condo.  
Public transportation to the Disney Parks is available. A bus stop is in walking distance about 300 yards from the condo.
