On the second floor (of three) in building 9, the condo comes fully furnished with a premium furniture package and has 2 screen enclosed balconies with furniture. It is PLATINUM rated by Vacasa with new vinyl plank flooring in the living areas and a new flatscreen smart TV in the living room. Also recently replaced are the Samsung kitchen appliances, living room and dining furniture, mattresses, bedding and drapes and the condo was recently repainted throughout.

Bahama Bay is a 24-hour guard gated community located in Four Corners, set in 70 acres of lush, beautifully-maintained grounds. With a list of amenities a mile long, you’ll never want to leave!
