Mini Family Reunion
This property was great for the nine of us. Plenty of room for kids to play and room to relax. The kids loved having the pool on off park days. Only issue was the wi-fi kept going out, but easily solved.

Needs more
The house was absolutely beautiful. Everything was very clean. I would say that there are several basics that are lacking in the kitchen. They need to have more basic items like basic spices (salt, pepper, garlic powder), oven mitts or hand towels. Also, there was plastic on the mattresses that made it uncomfortable to sleep in with Florida heat.

This was the one!!
Once settled in, couldn’t ask for anything better. You’ll have to buy your own towels, trash bags and toilet paper for all the guests/rooms because they only give you one but after the trips to the store everything was amazing.

Guys golf trip
house was exactly as advertised. excellent kitchen, dining room. living room space. enough for 8 guys to hang out. lanai had plenty of seating. we would definitely stay again in the future

The property was nice but when I entered the property I was greeted by loads of dirty laundry
It was bad being greeted by seems to be everyone’s dirty laundry as soon as I entered the property definitely being that’s it’s a pandemic and it’s so easy to catch COVID-19 it was horrific

Very uncomfortable
Very uncomfortable furniture, bar stools are so small it hurt your hips. Make sure you check your beddings , found a long hair when i pulled the covers back.

Peggy, thank you for taking the time to write a review. We are sorry to hear the bar stools were too small; they are regular bar stools size. Also, the linens are professionally sanitized and cleaned by a third-party company. In addition, there are extra linen packages available in one the closets in the house.

BEAUTIFUL PROPERTY
The home is beautiful and looks just like the pictures, however it would be even more amazing if communication was better between management. She/He completely ignored us majority of the time here. Some things weren’t working in the home. I also requested a heated pool/jacuzzi prior to arriving. I was charged still 119$ for it and it never heated and no one ever responded to me. Again, beautiful home but management makes it difficult to enjoy.

What you described is not typical here since we kindly ask our guests to contact the emergency line (after hours & weekends) whenever they need help. About the pool heater, you made the payment a day after your check-in date, it was explained to your that the equipment takes up to 24 hours to reach its set temperature. We regret any miscommunication that occurred during your reservation and have shared your frustration with our entire Management Team to ensure that we follow up this internally. We hope that your stay gets turned around and that we will be able to change your current impression of us.
