POOL • The pool heater operates through heat exchange, which may not work effectively in very cold weather. If you choose to heat the pool under these conditions and it doesn’t reach the desired temperature, refunds will not be available. • For safety, the pool heater may temporarily shut off if the system is overworked during cold weather. This is a normal precaution to prevent damage and will resume functionality automatically. • Pool heating is optional and subject to availability. Guests have access to the entire home, including the private pool, outdoor area, and all available resort amenities. Guests staying at Windsor Cay Resort have full access to The Reef Club, our brand-new resort clubhouse located at 16100 Windsor Cay Blvd, Clermont, FL 34714. Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Upon arrival at the front desk, guests must present a driver’s license or photo ID along with their reservation and a credit or debit card to access the pool and outdoor amenities. Please note that the resort does not provide pool towels, but they are available for purchase at the gift shop or guests may bring their own. Here are the details: • Pool heating: $33 per day with a minimum charge of $165, subject to availability. • Early check-in (from 12 pm): $127, subject to availability. • Late check-out (until 3 pm): $127, to be requested no later than check-in time and subject to availability. PARKING • For Single-Family homes, parking is available in the garage and driveway.
