All the units in the resort are vacation rentals and are individually owned and operated. Its location was great, especially in relation to the Disney properties. There’s also a number of restaurants close by and it keeps you out of the heavy traffic areas. We had a fantastic time at this rental property. The house was even more spacious than the lovely photos! Plenty of room for our extended family of 8 adults and 5 children ages 3-8\. The host was extremely responsive before and during our stay. They were very clear about what would be provided at the rental. The community resources were great and the location was perfect for visiting Disney and Universal. The communication with the host was excellent! I didn’t do as much cooking on this trip as I would normally do, but I feel there was adequate items there to make a meal for my group of 6\. Might be a little more challenging for a much larger group like I normally travel with. We had an issue arise with the fridge that was handled very promptly. Firstly the host, Hernan, is excellent. From my initially communication to the check out process his responses were quick, polite and professional. It gave me great comfort to know that Hernan is located in Storey Lake. Check in and check out processes were seamless. The house itself is stunning. Located in a lovely quiet cul-de-sac its exactly as pictured and has everything you could ever need. What I also loved was at the end of the stay guests aren’t responsible for washing towels and sheets which has been my experience in other homes. The home also provided kitchen towels, bin liners, toilet roll etc to get you started. We had to replenish these but this is to be expected especially with a 3 week stay. I will most definitely stay here again. When you find a home like this and a host like Hernan you keep them in your favourites. I would 100% recommend this beautiful property.
