Resort amenities include pools, lazy river, slides, splash pad, fitness center, and sports courts. \- Our property managers have been in the vacation rental industry for a combined 25-plus years. We understand the wants and needs of our guests and are driven to provide all our guests with a memorable experience. Your overall satisfaction is our top priority. \- We live in Storey Lake Resort! Being on-site allows us to respond within minutes of you messaging us. Even though we do all in our power to ensure you have a trouble-free stay, things do happen. If something does go wrong, we can correct it quickly. We find the solution and get it remedied as soon as possible. \- Each property is inspected two separate times. When the cleaning is completed, our cleaning vendor owners inspect their team’s work. Then we inspect and stage the property personally. We do not outsource this important step to vendors or staff. \- When you arrive, you will find a Committed to Clean Sheet in the kitchen, signed by our cleaning vendor inspector. We treat each home prior to your arrival with a sanitizing spray that kills 99.9% of all viruses, including COVID-19\. We are committed to providing every guest with a professionally cleaned and sanitized home. \- All our towels and linens are washed in our private laundry facility. We do not outsource this crucial part of your stay. We use industry-leading Ecolab products to wash and sanitize all towels and linens. We also change all duvet covers between each stay. \- Your safety and privacy are important to us. All our properties use smart locks that only allow access to you during your reservation time. For anyone to access the property during your reservation, it must be approved by you, the guest. All our homes also have Ring doorbell cameras near the front door of the home. There are no other cameras on the property. \- Unlike most hosts or management companies, we don’t ask you to “Clean” when you depart. No stripping beds, no starting laundry, no doing dishes, and no emptying refrigerators and freezers! We handle all of this for you. All we ask is that you place your trash out for the valet to pick up, turn off all lights and TVs, and lock the patio and front doors. That’s it, simple and easy. Remember, even though you are departing, you are still on vacation. Storey Lake Resort is a gated vacation rental community with over 1,200 units. All the units in the resort are vacation rentals and are individually owned and operated. The resort amenities are managed by the community's HOA and have no other affiliations with the owners of the units. \- Every reservation comes with free access to The Hideaway Club \- Gated community \- 24-hour security \- Resort broke ground in 2017, so properties are newer builds Storey Lake Resort has a 10 pm quiet time, and we ask our guests to adhere to this policy. Please keep noise to a minimum after 10 pm. Noncompliance with this policy could lead to immediate termination of the rental agreement with no refund provided. Storey Lake Resort does not allow boats, RVs, or trailers to be parked or stored on the resort property at any time. I was extremely grateful as we were past the date of refunding and he was so understanding. The condo was clean and felt brand new and fresh. The beds were so comfortable! The pool / lazy river area was amazing and we wished we could have spent more time there enjoying the sun and water. We look forward to coming back again soon. ##### Julie K. It was clean and spacious. The bedrooms were big as well as the bathrooms. The common areas are big as well. Parking was plentiful and close. This the backyard pool is the perfect size to cool off, relax and private. The resort amenities are nice for littles to adults. The location is near lots of restaurant and entertainment. I had to stay 2 weeks for the treatment. When we came in the house looked ok and it was in a good spot to drive back and forth to Dr. at first the house seemed clean but when you started walking on the floor your shoes would stick to the floor. We had to tempo the floors to remove the sticky mess. The vacuum cleaner does not work and the toilet in the down stairs wobbles when you sit down. The cleaners really need to do a better job cleaning and caring for the house. The corners were all full of nasty floor junk. It is really unfair to the owner and the clients when the cleaners rush through and don’t do a good job. The pool was clean and we enjoyed it after a long day of treatment. My only complaint would be the cleaners need to treat the house as though it was there own. Or at least do a deep clean every 3 months. ##### Lisa L. Hot tub is not at the house, this was a little disappointing but the pool was awesome for the kids. I like how the pool has a safety net and not too deep. Accessing the property was a little troublesome and seemed to be an issue for most guests. QR code provided should be universal and able to be used at all gates. My GPS took me to the entrance closest to my rental property the QR code provided was not for that entrance but I never knew where the other entrance was. Overall great stay though ##### Ashley F.
