We understand the wants and needs of our guests and are driven to provide all our guests with a memorable experience. Your overall satisfaction is our top priority. \- We live in Storey Lake Resort! Being on-site allows us to respond within minutes of you messaging us. Even though we do all in our power to ensure you have a trouble-free stay, things do happen. When the cleaning is completed, our cleaning vendor owners inspect their team’s work. Then we inspect and stage the property personally. Bbq on patio was a.great feature. Community pool amenities. Fantastic. Didnt realize there was a shuttle service to pool. Location perfect for theme parks and local destination. We unfortunately had to cut our stay short due to a hurricane, but the property was amazing and so close to Disney and all the activities we were planning to do as a family. It was clean and spacious and had everything we needed to have an enjoyable stay. The check in process was easy and seamless. It was close to all the Disney parks, grocery store, gas station, etc. The additional pools, hot tub, splash pad, mini golf, was a plus and close to our unit. The Club house was a lot of fun, not too busy, plenty of inflatable tubes to go around at the lazy river. Publix was right across the street from the main entrance. The house had everything we needed to cook meals, huge refrigerator, and was beautifully decorated! Parking was easy with the shared lot right across from the house. The bedrooms were big as well as the bathrooms. The common areas are big as well. Parking was plentiful and close. This the backyard pool is the perfect size to cool off, relax and private.
