Only a 15 minute drive to Disney World and 25 minutes to Universal Studios. This property is 4 minutes from a golf course and 3 minutes from a shopping center, supermarket and restaurants. It is also a short drive from Kissimmee and Higway192 where there are many shops. The outlet malls are also very close if you are looking for some designer bargins. If you fancy a day at the beach either east or west coach beaches can be reached in just over an hour. Maybe a visit to Busch Gardens at Tampa, again just over an hours drive. The villa has 4 large bedrooms, two bathrooms and a private pool. There is also a large garden area backing onto the lake which is perfect for games or alfresco dining. The total plot is 0.33 of an acre. There is a pool table in the garage as well as new washer and drier. We provide complimentry baby and children's equipment, including two cribs together with other equipment and a monitor. The villa was fully re-fitted recently to a high standard and offers clean and comfortable air-conditioned accommodation for up to 8 (maximum 4 adults and 4 children under 16) The property has clean modern furniture and televisions, wi-fi and fresh new bedding. There is a King size bedroom with en suite shower room, a Queen room and two twin rooms sharing a family bathroom. The pool area is covered with mosquito netting so you can relax while enjoying the beautiful weather. There is also a covered lanai area by the pool to give some shade. The pool has a safety screen which is detachable to keep the youngsters safe. The pool can be heated in cooler months upon request. The Reserve at Town Centre is a lovely small, quiet, gated community which offers safety and security. The development is beautifully maintained to the highest standards and set around a spectacular lakes. Having viewed many properties when looking for a holiday home, this villa stood out as having the best location combined with a view of the lake. The spectacular location and views made it by far the best that we as potential owners saw. Town Center Reserve is an exclusive, gated community located in Davenport, Florida zoned for short term rental. This private and prestigious development is popular with residents and vacation second home owners with just 94 homes surrounded by lush green landscape, and natural conservation area, offering wonderful views. Positioned close to the theme parks, attractions, shops,restaurants and natural beauty of central Florida, Town Center Reserve is ideal for a vacation home or permanent residence. For golf fans there are a huge number of golf courses in the Orlando area, many of which are open to the public. Florida has some of the best golf courses in the world and from this location you are between 2-10 min away from at least 10 excellent courses. Access to the Interstate 4 is also very convenient, leading to Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure, The Florida Mall, Kennedy Space Center and the wonderful beaches of Clearwater, St.Pete’s and Cocoa Beach. This lovely villa has the most spectacular SOUTH FACING plot with beautiful lake view. It is on a gated community for enhanced security and safety. Recently upgraded and re-fitted to a high standard it has high speed wi-fi, large flat screen tvs and a heated pool. There are new seat and lounger pads outside and a brand new barbeque also. It is just a 10-15 minute drive to Disney World Gates, 4 minutes from a golf course, 3 minutes from local shops and restaurants and 2 minutes from J58 of the I-4. Please note: This property is self-service--meaning the guest will need to provide their own toiletries such as cleaning supplies, paper towels, soap, shampoo/conditioner, toilet paper, detergent, etc. Upon arrival, each property shall have a toilet roll on each toilet roll holder, a trash bag in each trash can and a soap in each bathroom for your use. Any further items beyond this will need to purchased by guests as per their individual needs. You are welcome to purchase a Starter Kit from our office with some of these supplies if you wish.
