4BR/3BA - Regal Palms, Lazy River - Recommended by Our Son

We fell in love with the resort as soon as we saw the magnificent lazy river, 2 heated pools and Jacuzzi. Our son did test out the lazy river, waterslide and pools and wholeheartedly recommends the facilities. What better than coming back from the Parks and relax in the sun lounger next to the pool while the children (and possibly you) enjoy the waterslide and lazy river. Tiki bar and restaurant are located near the pool. Our house is within easy walking distance from the clubhouse and facilities. The resort has a volley ball court.

The resort also has a kid's fun zone, which includes a resort arcade room, featuring an indoor playground, offering an interactive experience all connected by bridges, tunnels, crawls and decks.

Our air conditioned two-story executive townhouse includes all the facilities that you will need during your stay. Towels, bed linen, cutlery, glasses, plates, kitchen utensils etc are provided.

We have installed a ceiling fan with integrated lighting in the living room and all bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms are en-suite. The whole ground floor is tiled and the upstairs master bedroom has a laminate floor. The two master bedrooms have a 14' pillow top mattress. The kids will love the Star Wars and the American themed bedrooms.

The house has cable television in all rooms, a 42” TV in the living room and a 19” TV in all bedrooms. A stroller and high chair is available for your use and we have left a selection of family games, children's books, toys and DVDs in the house. The DVDs mainly consist of children DVDs. A foldable play pen/crib is available at no extra charge. The dining table seats 6 people and 2 folding chairs are provided. A further 2 stools are available at the breakfast bar. Free WiFi internet is available in the house, all you will need to bring is your laptop/tablet.

The resort is a gated community and has a restaurant and bar (and a very nice icecream parlour), poolside tiki bar, fitness centre, spa and beauty complex, indoor/outdoor Jacuzzi, steam room, children play area, volleyball court, soft play area with arcade machines. FREE Wireless internet facilities are available in the clubhouse. Please note that the resort charges $20.00 per day plus 12% tax per house (e.g. not per person), but this will enable you to have unlimited access to all facilities. Use of the arcade machines is not included in this fee. Treatments at the spa and beauty salon are at a charge. The resort fee is payable to the resort on arrival. The resort is only 10 miles from the main Disney attractions and is located on the I-27.

A Publix supermarket is located within 2 minutes and a Super Centre Wall Mart supermarket is located within 5 minutes drive.

There is so much to do around the Orlando area, one vacation will not be enough!. We have been visiting Florida for a number of years and are still exploring new attractions. We are passionate about Florida and if you need any information, specifically about fishing or hunting, please ask as we, most probably, will be able to give you some ideas. The advert is just not long enough!

There is a minimum stay of 4 nights throughout the year. Stays of less than 4 nights may be possible and please email me with any requests. A $250 damage deposit will be required for all bookings and the deposit will be held by VRBO.
