Located at Windsor Hills Resort, a 5 star resort just minutes from Disney Parks. With amazing resort amenities including water park access it does not get much better than this! Private pool and private game room included as well. (7739TB) \== ABOUT THE PROPERTY == Our beautiful 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms vacation home includes all you will need for a comfortable stay. It is spacious and easily accommodates up to eight guests. It is equipped with all you will need for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation with cable tv, fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, private splash pool. There is a fully equipped open plan kitchen, a lovely formal dining area and living room. There are four bedrooms, with the master bedroom with a king bed. The second bedroom has a queen bed and the third has 2 twin beds. The fourth bedroom has a twin-over-full bunk bed with a twin trundle bed under. There is a fully enclosed laundry area that includes a washing machine and dryer. Free Wi-Fi, towels, linen are also provided. The home has a screened, private splash pool that faces east. \== ABOUT THE LOCATION == It is just a short walk to the fabulous Windsor Hills clubhouse with Olympic-size pool w/ zero-depth entry and water slide, 50-person movie theater, and sundry shop. Plus, our townhouse is in the building that is closest to the fun-filled playground. Resort Pool is 140,000 gallons of clear blue water, heated to comfortable 79-80 degrees year-round! Relax in our hot tub or play a round of poolside ping-pong. Young adults love the 80 foot winding water slide and children love to dance in the Children’s Fountain! THE MARKET PLACE & GRILL is OPEN DAILY 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM and the GRILL is open daily 10:00AM - 7:30PM. Sports Equipment Rentals available through the resort clubhouse. Please visit the Welcome Desk to rent any equipment for a small, refundable fee. The pool and hot tub were great! The community center was great! We lost one day of pool heat because of miscommunication but they said they wouldn't charge us for that day. Pretty much as described but compared to the houses we rented in the past that were equivalent, this one seemed to be a little less taken cared of. We expected more since we were used to "like new" condition with past experiences and this was a little disappointing for us. It was very clean, had everything we needed. Property manager went above and beyond to remedy things for us. I mentioned no pizza pan and she was amazing enough to send us one via amazon. That was very thoughtful. The thing I would like to see changed is outside furniture. There are only two loungers when there is plenty of space for more so it made it hard for 6 adults to enjoy the sun at the same time. There is a Hot tub but personally it takes up valuable patio space where more deck furniture could be. It was nice having 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. I assumed the hot tub was hot and didn't require an additional charge. I think 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom isn't enough. Beds were comfortable but the queen was noisy. The neighbors pool pump was a little loud during the night by the master. Little things could be improved upon but functional and convenient location. Game room was fun. Community pool and store were nice. Would recommend. ##### Alicia S. It worked well for our family with kids to have the pool in the backyard and also use the resort pool and splash pad. It was nice to have the garage set up as a game room. But, the property needs attention, updated and repairs need to be made. The mattresses in most of the bedrooms need to be replaced (sagging or squeaking.) The breakfast hightop table finish is well-worn. The TV in one of the bedrooms lost its pixel brightness blackening screen and unable to use it. Towel bars missing or need to be replaced, small holes in the wall in some places, the living room sofa has duck tape to cover the rips, and the vertical blinds are missing slates or they fall off the hooks. I recommend this property receive some attention and make some improvements. ##### Renee H.
