POOL HEATER INFORMATION: Our pool heater is 30 US dollars + tax per day and this must be requested at the time of booking or at least 3 days prior to your check in. The pool heater needs to stay on for the length of your reservation or for a minimum of 5 days in a row. Please note: the spa only warms up if the pool heater is on (if applicable). The hours of operation are from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm and the temperature is set between 82° to 88° F (times and temperature may vary according to the time of the year). The pool heater works through HEAT EXCHANGE and might not function when weather is near freezing temperatures. We recommend pool heating from September to May. Please inform us if you would like to add the service during your stay. For Airbnb guests, we will need to send a payment request once your booking is confirmed. The only thing I would complain about is the front gate was not functioning and had a sign on it to call to be let in and there were a few times we pushed the button, and they would not answer so we had to drive all the way around to the other entrance to get in. There would build up a line of cars trying to do U-turns or speed in as someone was leaving through the exit gate. But the house was spacious and very nice. We didn't have any young kids with us, but there was a playground right across the street from the place. If we did it would have been nice. The lazy river was very fun and had miniature golf was also fun, it was an extra charge. Would definitely stay here again. ##### LaDonna O. The house was just like advertised. Rooms were spacious and comfortable, the backyard pool was a fun place to hang out, and the proximity to Disney was great. Quiet location in a nice neighborhood. The property managers were very responsive to answer questions ahead of the trip, as well as to deal with a maintenance issue during the stay. Very pleased and would love to come back again one day. ##### William G. Die Lage ist ideal – ein tolles, sicheres Wohnviertel mit vielen Geschäften und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, die sogar zu Fuß erreichbar sind.Die Betreuung vor Ort war ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Bereits am zweiten Tag fiel leider der Kühlschrank aus und kühlte nicht mehr. Ein kurzer Anruf genügte – und trotz Ostersonntag war innerhalb kürzester Zeit ein Hausmeister vor Ort. Zwar konnte er den Kühlschrank nicht sofort reparieren, brachte uns aber umgehend einen neuen, originalverpackten Kühlschrank den er extra im Geschäft gekauft hatte. Nach nur zwei Stunden konnten wir unsere Lebensmittel wieder kühlen.Besonders positiv: Wir durften selbst entscheiden, wann die Firma zur Reparatur des großen Kühlschranks vorbeikommen darf – sehr flexibel und kundenfreundlich!Insgesamt ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt – wir kommen gerne wieder. ##### Christian G. Quick response to any concerns. Multiple small appliances for hot beverages and has a blender. Filtered water in fridge with in fridge ice dispensing. Great WiFi and multiple tvs.large family dining table and eating bar in kitchen can accommodate 12\. Cons: carpet very worn on second floor and stairs and should be cleaned or replaced. Kitchen pots and pans peeling non stick surfaces. Gas grill needs a new ignition. One chair on patio with a broken leg. QR codes for entry sometimes finicky.. Management has been made aware and improvements we suggested are to be addressed. We had a comfortable convenient stay and would stay again ##### Sally K. Owner was very responsive to concerns and even sent a new can opener when I said theirs was broken My only complaint (which has nothing to do with the owner or this home) was that the QR code NEVER worked at the gate. The vibe was more hotel than home. The environment was not warm and cozy. It was a little sterile and quite a bit worn. No little extras (ie coffee or tea etc.) No welcome book. Lots of rules pasted to the inside of the front door and listed in the many emails. The beds were uncomfortable. There was back mold in shower of the second king bathroom. On the plus side.
