The hours of operation are from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm and the temperature is set between 82° to 88° F (times and temperature may vary according to the time of the year). All of the community workers at the local pools were nice and accommodating. The community areas were very well taken care of as well. The themed rooms were adorable and the air hockey table was a hit. I would say when we checked in, it wasn't as clean as I would expect a hotel/VRBO to be. The house was nice but many of the fancy lights would not turn on or off. The beds were comfy and we had ample room for our group to spread out. The backyard pool was so tiny but we knew that going into it (Storey Lake houses just have tiny pools). There are a lot of threatening signs throughout the house (i.e. "you will be fined if you do xyz", "no shoes upstairs"), which make it hard to relax and enjoy your vacation, but in the end the property management company was nice and friendly and easy to communicate with. It's a nice house, it's just a few little things that would make it great. For example, another lounge chair in the pool area, or a few more kitchen supplies (no cup or tablespoon measurer), brighter lights in the Harry Potter room...just little things. ##### Fredy H.
