4 Bedroom Private Pool Home

Hampton Lakes is an extremely popular vacation home community for not only Walt Disney World visitors but the location lends itself to all of Central Floridas attractions and this beautifully cared for 4 bedroom 2 bathroom home is no exception to the rule. The community is situated on Highway 27 in Davenport just 15 minutes from the gates of Walt Disney World.

Hampton Lakes itself offers picnic areas, tennis courts, basketball courts and childrens play areas.

You have 2 living and dining areas in the home as well as a grand master bedroom with a large en-suite bathroom.

As well as the master bedroom you have a couple of twin rooms for the children and the fourth bedroom being the queen bedroom.

The private pool is a great way to relax at the end of your day out in the parks or to spend the day splashing around with the family in the hot Florida sunshine.

Walt Disney World is just 10 miles from your front door at this house. You will also have with your reservation in this home free Wi-Fi and free local calls, as well as a washer and dryer in the home for your convenience.

Please note that with your home you have a private outside pool. This can be heated but there is an additional charge for this option. This charge will be $27.50 per day (+taxes) with a minimum 5 day use. Please do make sure you request this service either at the time of your reservation or at the very least 72 hours before arrival so that it gives us an opportunity to have your pool heated in time for your stay. We typically recommend pool heating for guests staying between the months of October and April.

Please note that charcoal grills are prohibited from use at our home but we can rent you a gas grill for your stay. Please enquire about costs for rental when you book the home.

This is a single level home. Please also note that there are parking restrictions on this community. The driveway for this home accommodates 2 cars comfortably, however please be aware that there is no overnight street parking permitted on this community and doing so could result in the vehicle being towed.

This is a self catering home so please be sure to stop by your nearest supermarket to purchase personal toiletries and desired meals. As per Florida State recommendations, we are not allowed to leave open food in the refrigerators or kitchen closets, hence all food items will be removed after a guest checks out and supplies of items such as condiments, sugar, salt and pepper, tea, coffee etc, will be not be provided prior to your check in. We will provide a starter roll of toilet paper at each toilet, a bin liner in each bin, hand soap in the bathrooms, as well as a dishwasher tab. Towels and linens are included in your stay.

La location de cette propriété était simple et la communication était bonne avec la personne responsable. Le séjour s'est bien déroulé. Par contre, au niveau de la propreté, nous étions déçus. Tous les cadres de fenêtres ainsi que les meubles étaient TRÈS poussiéreux.

Need a good clean up

The interior of the house need a good clean up, carpet dirty and wall need a good paint job, also the pool is in terrible shape need repair have to add water every second days. The garage is full of uses furniture BBQ is disgusting. To bad because the location is very quiet and nice neighbourhood.

I think this place was amazing but it needs a deep cleaning. Needs new wash rags for the bathrooms 2 isn’t enough and the 2 there are not the best at all. The pool needed cleaned which I did when I got there. My mother in law also stated the front bedroom needs a new bed it wasn’t comfortable at all.

Disney vacation

We loved the property which was clean and roomy. Had something on the kitchen sink break and they were there within a couple hours and fixed it. We enjoyed the pool as well. I do think the couch needs to be replaced or recovered but other than that everything was perfect and would stay in this location again.

Felt right at home!

We stayed for 2 weeks to see what it is like to "live in FL" while we make our future move decisions and this property was exactly what we were looking for. The neighborhood was wonderful. The house had more than enough supplies left for us to accommodate a full 2 week stay. It was very clean on the inside. The pool area we could tell was not cleaned up properly because of a few leftover dishes outside but that really was the only issue. Inside was great and overall was a great stay!

Great time overall!

From start to finish, the process was smooth and easy. The house was beautiful and better than we expected. The pictures don’t quite do it justice when it comes to space. Our only complaint was the router for the internet died the first day we were there so we were without internet/tv the whole week. This just made us change plans to do more outside activities. Thank you again for the lovely time!

Hampton 7 day stay

We hav rented 7 VRBO properties in Euope and the States in the past 4 years. The Hampon property met our expectations. The only problem was that there was a management company involved, which was not identified on the VRBO website. Not having experienced this before, led to conerns that were later resoved. The grandchildren, 6 and 10, loved the heated pull. Our family members were staying at the Swan at Disney and they came over for supper. The kitchen and dinning areas accomodated all 10 people comfortably. The bathrooms and laundry equipment worked as expected. It was a pleasant stay in Orlando.

Needs to be painted inside.

Property is looking tired. Main walls need some paint. I enjoyed the appliances, pool . Mattress on bed in double room is very noisy. Single rooms were fine. Master suite nice, but again noisy mattress and headboard not attached to the bed. Power went out in master bathroom and in one twin bedroom. Caretaker did his best but it took almost 4 days to get an electrician. So no power for those days in master bath that has no windows. I am not complaining, just making you aware. Thank you.
