First, let me say that we have stayed in this complex before and had a wonderful experience. However, this condo did NOT live up to the rest. It started with poor directions. No mention that the buildings have separate numbers so when we arrived after hours, we had no idea where to find the condo. When we finally arrived, the first observation was that is was warm in the unit. So we turned the air down... only to realize in the morning (after sweating through the night) that the temperature had not changed and that the thermostat was fixed to go NO LOWER than 72° (which wasn't even accurate because it stayed 75°). When you come in from a full day at an theme park with a high of 94° and walk into a condo and everyone immediately says it's hot... there's a problem. As if that wasn't bad enough, the place was DIRTY! I mean gross. Dirty grout, cabinet doors that were hard to pry open, dust covered air vent cover to name a few. I would have loved to clean my body with a wash rag but they weren't provided. No wash cloths, paper towels, coffee filters. 1 trash bag and 1 dishwasher pod provided. That's it. The location is wonderful and the complex is nice but this condo needs a major overhaul before I would recommend it to anyone! ##### Jaime E.
