Very spacious and all seven of had the space we needed. The location couldn't be better and we were able to visit multiple resorts in the week we were there with minimum time spent in the car. Debby was very communicative throughout the process prior to check in and also during our stay. The location is PERFECT for all things Orlando and the house is well equipped to handle a large crowd. The kids loved the resort area but also spent a lot of time in the house pool, which was heated. This is a perk you don't get without extra fees at a lot of places. The floors could have been cleaner and the kitchen cabinets could use a wipe down but overall this is a great place to stay. ##### Teri B. Driving times to the Disney attractions and the surrounding golf courses was 15- 20 minutes.In addition, the home came with a heated pool and and hot tub. The location is great - very close to the airport, Disney parks and universal studios. It is a very busy area however (obviously) so not a spot to get away from the hustle and bustle. The house is very well appointed, and well laid out. Nice to have the backyard facing the greenery/pond rather than another house. The bedrooms were spacious and the themed rooms were a hit, the pool was really nice and had lots of water toys and floatables that the kids loved to play with. The kitchen had kids plates and silverware too which was really nice as well as nice pots, pans, and knives instead of the junk that's all too common with most rentals. Proximity to the clubhouse pool and park was nice, about a 5 minute walk to both. Only downside was how busy the clubhouse pool was, definitely not enough chairs so we had to get there early. The pool and hot tub were wonderful and were used most every day we were there with our grandkids in for most of each day. It has privacy as there is a water feature behind this home and is walking distance to the waterpark, welcome center, basketball and tennis courts. It is only 10 minutes to Disney and 30 minutes to the airport. Each bedroom had its own private bath area which was really nice. It also had a game room with foosball, pool table, and video games as well as floor games. I highly recommend this home. ##### Penny R. The location was great, about 15 mins (depending on traffic) to the Disney parks and 30 mins to Universal. It is also very close to a large Walmart and numerous restaurants. Windsor Hills was peaceful with good facilities on site. The property exceeded our expectations. The games room (2 Xbox’s, pool table and table football) and pool were huge hits with the children. After a busy day at the parks it was amazing for them to be able to come back and enjoy the pool. The property had everything that we needed and was large enough for 2 families to have their own space. We actually checked in the day after Hurricane Helene made landfall in Florida. The house was in good condition but the pool was unusable on arrival as there was a lot of debris on the bottom of the pool. Having said that, Debby was very responsive when I called her to inform her of this and the weeds in between the pool area interlock. She sent her pool team fover first thing the next day and cleaned the pool for us to use. I'm a big believer in giving credit where credit is due when problems arise and Debby certainly did not disappoint. Thank you for being a great and responsive host and we will certainly consider coming back for our next trip to Disney. ##### Richard K. C. We had a perfect two week stay, we travelled with 6 adults and our three children (5,3 & 1 years old). The pool and the house were fantastic, the house has modern furniture and applicances! Every bedroom has its own bathroom which was lovely. The bedrooms were all a great size and the decor was beautiful. The house is located a short walk from the community pool area, which we ventured to every day. The house pool was great, lots of towels provided and the sun was on the pool until supper time - who could ask for more. The house is located close to Disney and all your shopping needs. The kids loved the park (a short 3-4 min walk) and went twice daily. Check in was a breeze and Debby was extremely responsive to any inquires I had. The house was spotless when arrived and there were no issues whatsoever during our stay. We would definitely return again in the future. ##### Monika M. The communication with Debby, the owner, was excellent from the moment we made the booking and she quickly responded to a couple of queries we had before arrival. All the information we needed was sent in good time, and included a really useful app to download to a mobile which gave information about the property and the wider area. The villa was immaculately clean and comfortable. It was well equipped and we particularly appreciated all the towels for the pool and the kettle (which we haven't always had in previous villas'). The pool area overlooks a lake and this, together with the opaque mesh on the sides of the pool screens, meant we had almost total privacy when we were outside. We have stayed at Windsor Hills before so we knew it would be a secure and relaxing environment, and the villa was the perfect base for us. ##### Sarah P. Downstairs there are two king bed suites and one room w/bathroom that has two twin beds. Upstairs there are two rooms, one with a queen bed and bathroom, and the other room has two twin beds. We enjoyed playing pool, xbox, and foosball in the game room. We loved swimming in the pool and the hot tub (it does need at least an hour to heat up so remember that if you are looking forward to warming up after the parks!). I even got to see some beautiful sunrises reflecting over the pool in the mornings! The only thing we didn't love was that there is a pretty strong sulfur smell from the water in the showers but we got used to it. Other than that, communication with the owner went great and the location was fantastic - so close to all of the Disney parks! Thank you for a great stay! ##### Brian M. No checked bags makes getting in and out of the airport a lot smoother. The ability to do laundry, to cook dinner every evening rather than spending a fortune eating out and then toss in your own pool and hot tub, and I haven't used a hotel since. The rate per night is l usually cheaper too! No brainer.This was one of the best we've stayed at. It was our second time staying in Windsor Hills, we stayed here back in 2008, on Manesty. We liked it enough to revisit the area and finding after out about the new waterpark we tried to find the perfect house. With a 6 year old princess grand daughter, the frozen room was what sold the house initially. She absolutely loved it!! The pool, the room, the waterpark was all a surprise for her. She did not want to leave. Nor did we. We had some issues in the beginning but the response when they were brought up with the homeowner, could not have been faster and more pleasant. I am from the area and have family there still, when we return this house will be at the top of my list. The bonus was how well it was equipped. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook with and plenty of towels and linens, just like home. I considered looking up the squatters rights in Florida. Communication with Debby in advance was great. Check in process smooth. We checked in on a Thursday so gate queue was small too, but it could be busy on Friday's as Saturday's as these must be more common check-in days. Immediately upon arrival at the property, we had a couple of issues. The upstairs air con wasn't working and the pool had a layer of algae and clearly wasn't usable. The air con was fixed within a couple of hours or so. The pool wasn't usable until part way through our third day - Debby was let down by her pool guy. Once the pool was fixed our holiday was enjoyable. Windsor Hills is perfectly placed for Disney and Universal Parks. Disney Parks are between 10 and 20 mins away and Universal around 30 mins. Walmart is conveniently placed at the end of Old Lake Wilson Road, about 1/2 a mile away or so. The property itself is very private. It backs onto a lake with opaque netting both sides so neighbouring properties can't see into the pool area. Neighbouring properties were empty during our stay so it was very quiet. The property is in keeping with other rentals we've stayed at, but the kitchen utensils and equipment were noticeably above average. The games room was good too. 2 xboxes, pool table, foosball table and connect 4\. We only used the pool table, but the other equipment would keep families busy. Beds were firm comfortable for us. TV in the pool area was an added bonus too! ##### Steven L.
