Check in was at 4 pm and message was sent at 3:30 pm. We were in route to orlando. We messaged him and he said he would give a refund. He did not issue and refund. The washing machine did not work. The air conditioner quit working. There was 4 of us, all senior citizens and nowhere in the description of the property does it say second floor. If we would have known that. We would not have rented this property. There was 1 person that was on oxygen. Those stairs just about killed her. The pool was brown and unusable. There was 4 glasses and no dinnerware. No wash cloths in bathrooms or kitchen. There was a half a roll of toilet paper in each bathroom.
