B famille c’est l'idéal, piscine et jeux arcade pour amusez les enfants, chambre très bonne grandeur, lit confortable, assez propre. Le seul hic la tv ne fonctionnait pas et comme je parle pas très bien anglais, j’ai fais avec! Il a des magasins pharmacie, resto tout près hôtel aussi a pied!

the patio door wasn’t locked when we got there (room on ground floor) discovered the door doesn’t lock at all. had to wait for maintenance to bring a stick to keep inside the door. jt was fixed but i had to wait behind while my family went to the pool because we had already brought our things into the room. neighbors beside us pulled up a picnic table to their patio door where they drank outside all night. very loudly outside our patio door. Overall the staff was nice minus the guy that checked us in- not personable at all, customer service isn’t his thing i guess

We initially tried booking with the hotel to request adjoining rooms. The price was $50 more per day than Expedia - we were denied a price match so we booked with Expedia instead. I noted we wanted adjoining rooms in the special requests section of the booking and Expedia accomodated. The rooms are non-smoking, however, our room had a ziplock bag with a rubber band placed over the smoke detector - clearly someone was smoking in it beforehand. Overall the hotel was pretty run down but relatively clean. Could they have done a better job cleaning? Of course, but it wasn't terrible. Some of us went to a show at the casino and returned around midnight. That's when things went downhill - our direct neighbours were screaming and running around outside our patio doors that one of them had overdosed. I don't know if that was true or a hallucination. They were all completely eratic and also clearly on drugs - ripping apart their car contents, jumping into the trunk, then back out to throw everything back in. The police and ambulance arrived around 1AM. The neighbors were back around 6AM continuing in a more subdued nature - still erratic behaviour outside but nothing like a few hours earlier. We were denied any refund or discount since it was a guest and not the hotel causing the disturbance - plus it doesn't happen every night - just sometimes when it's a Friday or Saturday. I'm not kidding that's what they said. I would never recommend - find somewhere else.

The room was older but very clean. There was a bit of mold in the bathroom and the tub had seen better days but otherwise everything else was in good condition. It was nice to have a patio door and have direct access to our vehicle. The staff was lovely. The pool and amenities around the hotel were great for a family. The breakfast was horrible. Everything was burned or overcooked and nothing was restocked. The waffle machine did not work very well. Overall it was convenient and a good place to stay close to everything we needed access to.

The staff was wonderful, friendly and helpful. The lobby was inviting and clean, all coffee stations were stocked and clean. The hotel was a great bang for your buck with a pool, and the continental breakfast was awesome! the womens changeroom, washroom by the pool had seen better days but that wasn't due to cleaning, just needs an upgrade /renovation.

Great front desk staff! The hotel is showing its age and could stand to be upgraded. It used to have a good restaurant, now it’s a game zone with a few deep fried options for food.

Until breakfast it was just about several little things like the ice machine did not work. We paid for 3 people and had one large towel and then some small towels. I asked at the desk if they could call us a cab and they said no but could give me a number to call. Breakfast was a disaster. We go there just after nine and there was several people waiting for food and there was no food and no staff to be found. I don’t mean little food but it was no food not even a coffee. I went to the desk and no apology just ok we will call. I feel that we should be reimbersed for our three breakfasts. In all I thought Quality inn was a good brand name but I will never stay in another one.

The room was clean and comfortable. Checkin was easy and quick. The pool and hot tub area were nice and clean. Breakfast was good and lots of selection. The grounds and building are dated/weathered but not terrible. We had fun on the bumper cars and bowling. That area could be a bit more inviting.

Travelling with a dog can be so stressful sometimes but this trip was great. The facility was accommodating and they have a lot of property behind the hotel where your dog can stretch it's legs.
