Another luxury Penthouse apartment on the Villamartin Plaza with the most amazing views into the central plaza! This 2 bed 1 bath apartment is perfect for all holidays offering much more than you can dream of. The apartment features a stunning décor throughout with a spacious living room with flat screen TV and full UK TV package as well FREE WIFI. The dining area of the apartment has the most stunning views into the plaza to enjoy the tranquility or the full on energy the plaza can offer. Especially on those music nights and if here in 2018 you could have had front row seats to Leo Sayer in Concert! Awesome! There are 2 bedrooms with the 2nd bedroom having 2 single beds and air-con. The Master has a double bed with air-con and a private terrace for sunbathing or enjoy the sunset with a glass of wine! The bath is a shower room and fully fitted. The kitchen is fully fitted with all you need to cater for. A perfect place to call home when on a holiday in the number one destination in Spain, The Villamartin Plaza.

Being part of the Villamartin Plaza, you just walk downstairs into the plaza to a large choice of restaurants from the local kebab shop to 5 star dining in many of the well know restaurants, we even have one owned by a TOWIE cast member. As well as eateries, there is a wide range of pubs to choose from and entertainment for the kids during the summer months. Also during the summer the community puts on entertainment in the central plaza so step around the corner and watch with stars such as Ray Lewis of the Drifters, Rob Falsini, Foundations, Oneida James of Joe Cocker's band, Andy Abraham, Paul Da Vinci, Ges Rogers Union Gap and in 2018 on Leo Sayer's World Tour and more. Just a perfect place to be. The plaza also has a grocery store, banks and doctor.

For the golfer the Orihuela Costa is the place to be, known as the Costa del Golf! There are several professional courses all within a few minutes drive if not just next door. In the near proximity there is the Campoamor Golf, Villamartin Golf, Las Ramblas Golf, Las Colinas Golf, Vista Bella Golf, Golf La Finca and La Romero Golf. You can hire clubs at most as well. We suggest if you are looking for ease of booking and discounted green fees to contact Albatross Golf in Los Dolses.

Also now visit the new Zenia Blvd shopping mall considered to be the largest in Europe and only a 5 minute drive away, or catch a taxi!

The location of this apartment makes it the perfect holiday retreat for families or golfing groups.

As with all In The Sun Holiday villas, a starter welcome pack is included with coffee, tea, milk, water, juice and a bottle of Cava to start the holiday right!

Penthouse Villamartin

Everything ran so smoothly on arrival. The apartment is well stocked for all the kitchen uses you need. The fridge is a good size. The bedrooms have blackout shutters and need them. Could probably do with some veils in the main lounge room as the sun directly shines in for the last hours of the day. If you are not happy with noise then bring earmuffs. It is a noisy square and parties go in into the early morning hours frequently. The plaza is great, everything you need from fine dining to sports bars. A lovely time had by us. Would we return, yes. Thanks

A pleasant time

We are very happy with our choice. The flat has literally everything, you don’t need to get anything else but the food. Casey and Graham were very friendly and gave us everything we needed. I strongly recommend this flat, it felt a bit like home and we had such a lovely time here. At night it might get a bit loud as the flat is direct on the night life center but still well isolated.
