Zenia Golf is a cosy, comfortable semi-detached house offering two storeys of accommodation. It provides a shared property with a beautiful garden, lawn for sunbathing, and a seasonal swimming pool measuring 20 x 12 meters with depths ranging from 60 to 200 cm, complete with an internal staircase and a children's pool. Additionally, it features a private fenced garden and a barbecue area. Amenities include a Swimming Pool, Yard, Internet Wifi, and Parking.  
  
Outdoors  
The property boasts a shared fenced area with a beautiful garden and lawn perfect for sunbathing. The highlight is the seasonal swimming pool, available from January 1st to December 31st, measuring 20 x 12 meters with depths ranging from 60 to 200 cm. It features an internal staircase and a separate children's pool, as well as an outdoor shower.  
  
Other Information  
The property is conveniently located near various amenities and attractions. A grocery store and supermarket are just 180 meters away, while a shopping center is within 450 meters. Restaurants, cafés, and a bus stop are all within 200 meters. Additionally, the owner does not accept youth groups for this vacation rental in Orihuela, Spain.

You will be staying in a spacious, beautiful, and cozy 4-room semi-detached house with a total area of 150 square meters, spanning across two levels. The open living/dining room features a digital TV, air conditioning, and forced-air heating, with an exit leading to the terrace. One of the rooms is equipped with a pull-out bed that can accommodate two people, measuring 2 x 190 cm in length and 80 cm in width, and it also has air conditioning and forced-air heating. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher, two ceramic glass hob hotplates, two induction hot plates, a toaster, kettle, microwave, and an electric coffee machine, and it also has an exit leading to the terrace. There is a bath/WC on the ground floor. Upstairs, you'll find another room with a French bed measuring 1 x 180 cm in length and 200 cm in width, a shower/WC, air conditioning, and forced-air heating, as well as an exit leading to the balcony and terrace. The third bedroom features a pull-out bed that can accommodate two people, measuring 2 x 80 cm in length and 190 cm in width, and it also has air conditioning and forced-air heating.

The house is equipped with various amenities to ensure a comfortable stay. You will have access to terrace furniture, a barbecue area, deck chairs (1), and a sitting area, all offering a view of the resort and the town. Additionally, the property provides a washing machine, iron, hair dryer, and complimentary WiFi internet access. Parking is available in the form of a garage that can accommodate two cars.
