### Mediterranean 2 Bed Apart with Com Pool LR1248

Summary:  
We are proud to present this two-bedroom top-floor apartment in the heart of Las Ramblas Golf Course, which is ideal for a golfing or a family holiday. The nearby bars and restaurants at La Fuente Commercial Centre are within a 10-minute walk. This property boasts a lovely communal pool with tiled-surroundings and fresh green lawns, which can be viewed from the balcony and private roof solarium. Opposite the apartment you will find a small park and the golf club house is just 400 metres from the property. With all the home comforts that you desire, just pack your bags, our property is waiting for you .  
  
The Space:  
You enter the property into the open-plan Kitchen/living room. The kitchen is American-style and equipped with an oven, Microwave, dishwasher, hob, etc. There is a lovely dining table, and chairs for 4 people, plus a large comfortable sofa, armchair with footstool, and smart TV.  
There is a hallway leading off from the living room; to the left is the second bedroom. This has twin single beds, a built-in wardrobe, and a shared bedside cabinet.  
The family bathroom is at the end of the hall and has a toilet, bidet, built-in vanity and bath.  
The master bedroom with en-suite bathroom is to the right. The en-suite is equipped with a shower and toilet. The bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe, and bedside cabinets.  
From the living room, you exit out onto the balcony where there is a 4-person wrought iron table and chairs. From the balcony, you ascend the stairs to the private solarium. There you have 3 sun loungers, 2 small chairs and table, plus a dining table with 4 chairs and parasol, plus a gas BBQ. The floor of the solarium has artificial grass for your comfort.  
Both bedrooms and the living room have air-conditioning and WIFI is available throughout.

The apartment is located in a gated community within Las Ramblas Golf Course.  
  
The Neighborhood:  
This apartment is located within the Las Ramblas golf course and is also close to the golf courses of Campoamor, Las Colinas, and Villamartin they are all within a 10-minute drive.  
The nearest beach, Playa de la Regia is a 10-minute drive away, however, there are many more blue-flagged beaches to choose from along the coast within a similar distance.  
The apartment is a 3-minute drive/ 15 minutes walk from both La Fuente and Campoamor Commercial Centres, La Fuente has a large selection of restaurants, bars and cafes. across the road from La Fuente there are more bars, a children’s play café, a golf shop, banks and more..  
  
Getting Around:  
We recommend a car to make the most of your stay in Orihuela Costa.
