This is a newly built apartment with large windows, modern yet comfortable furnishings, You’ll have a home-from-home experience in this property. Valentino Golf III is a complex that offers a communal swimming pool with an adjoining children’s pool, outdoor workout area as well as a children’s play area all safely within the gated community . The property is in an ideal location, just a short walk (15 minutes) , from the well-known Villamartin Plaza, which hosts several bars and restaurants that offer live entertainment..For stays of 10 nights or less, it is considered a Tourist Property - Tourism Contract. For stays of more than 10 nights, it is considered a seasonal rental in accordance with Decree Law 9/2024 of the Generalitat Valenciana, and a seasonal rental contract must be signed.
