Please note that no arrivals after 1am are permitted unless agreed in advance. Please be aware that an end of stay cleaning and laundry fee is payable, details below.

Pool access and WiFi are provided free of charge and will be available unless circumstances beyond the owners control cause either to not be available.

Bright spacious 1st floor corner apartment, close to but no directly over looking the pool, re-painted and new bedding recently purchased. Quality build with Lift nearby. Sleeps 4 although there is a pull out bed (suitable for children and teenagers) so 5 persons maximum. Two bedrooms (one en-suite) plus second bathroom, within a secure gated complex (Jumilla 3) in Flamenca beach area, in 15 minutes south of Torrevieja. There is a large swimming pool and various areas for sunbathing. Five minutes walk from many bars, shops and restaurants. Plus a selection of beautiful beaches within easy reach. The nearest being the Cala Captain beach which is just a 10 minute drive away. There are also several shopping centres within walking distance plus many more bars and nightclubs etc. The weather is glorious from April to November and mild the other months. There are several first class golf courses within 10-30 minutes drive (including Villamartin, La Finca, Campamor and Algorfa) plus Torrevieja is only a 15 minutes drive away where there is an excellent shopping centre (Habeneras), many more bars, shops and restaurants, the harbour and beach plus of course the water park. Access on arrival days is normally from 5 pm and the apartment vacated by 11 am on departure days. Please note that there is an end of stay cleaning and laundry charge of 60 euros payable locally in Spain on arrival. For guests arriving at the apartment after 10 pm an additional 10 Euros meet and greet charge is also payable on arrival. Early arrivals prior to the normal 5 pm arrival time can be possible by agreement however arrivals earlier than 9 am (if available) are also subject to an addition 10 Euros meet and greet charge. No arrivals will be allowed after 1 am unless there are exceptional circumstances (or this has been agreed in advance). For arrivals after midnight the meet and greet fee increases to 20 Euros. Please note that no smoking is permitted within the apartment and no ashtrays are provided.

Bel appartement. Lumineux et assez bien situé

Nous sommes ravis de la location malgré trois petits points négatifs. La communication avec Arri, la personne qui gère est excellente. Très charmante personne. L'appartement était nettoyé mais.... mon petit bout de chou crapahuter rt genoux étaient noirs alors que l'appartement venait d'être nettoyé. Nous avons du nettoyer à nouveau le sol. La climatisation dans une des chambres à coucher ne fonctionnait pas. Un technicien est venu mais ne l'a pas réparée. Mes filles ont eu chaud! Pas de boulangerie à proximité (4 min en voiture) Dans l'ensemble je recommande la location vu que la perfection n'existe pas.

Presque un sans faute...

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet appartement. Conforme à la description de l'annonce, très spacieux il est idéal pour une famille avec 2 enfants ou plus (6 couchages dispo). Très bien équipé de tous le nécéssaire, proche de la plage et de tous les commerces. Le seul point négatif (bien que le propriétaire n'y soit pour rien) est l'insonorisation de la chambre parentale. Nous avons eu beaucoup de mal à trouver le sommeil à cause des voisins espagnols qui parlaient extrèmement fort (tout comme leur télévision) jusqu'à très tard dans la soirée, nous avions parfois l'impression qu'ils étaient avec nous dans la chambre ! 😳 Également la climatisation ne fonctionnait pas dans la chambre des enfants mais pas grave car ils ont dormi dans le canapé convertible où là il y avait l'air conditionné. À part ça, merci à David le propriétaire très agréable et réactif en cas de problème. Bref, le bilan est très positif.

Magnifique appartement, propre et spacieux

L'appartement est magnifique, très grand et très propre. Nous avons passé 15 jours merveilleux dans cet appartement situé dans un très joli complexe. Il est très fonctionnel. La piscine du complexe est très belle également. Il est situé à quelques minutes à pied seulement de nombreux bars et restaurants. Nous le recommandons vivement. (Séjour du 14/08/2017 au 27/08/2017)

Good stat but...

The flat is very attractive and functional. Nevertheless there is numerous points which lower the general note. First of all without vehicle, he is situated far from any convenience, the markets are more than 20 mn on foot. And the beach in 1,6km. The common swimming pool is too small for the numerous vacationers of the residence. The balcony of the apartment overlooks the boulevard which is the main axis towards the city center, thus noisy. The construction of a school is in progress and an enormous construction site with cranes and building machines starts early 6 o'clock in the morning (because of heat after noon) what causes dust and noise. This is naturally temporary because once the ended construction site, there will be no more inconvenience. But I would appreciated that the charming owner indicate to us and makes a price ! Concerning the apartment, we made purchases of kitchen utensils owed has the very bad quality of the flatware which broke (knives) and not of dish drainer for the water of pastas. No coffee machine either! If you plan to come to 6 people, know that two people will have a sofa to sleep. Although all these remarks are out-of-place for the owners, the note is very honorable and I hope that they will take into account it.

Really spacious apartment. The beds are really comfortable, air conditioning works great. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you could need. The only thing I could fault was the broken plant pot on the balcony and broken sun loungers. Would stay again.

Misleading photo on advert

Accommodation is not in a building around the pool as shown on the advert, it’s actually in a block facing a busy dual carriageway and a school playground. You cannot see the pool from the apartment. The apartment itself could be fabulous but needed a deep clean, new sofa. New pillows, duvets for the single beds instead of well used blankets. We had to put the sun-lounger mattresses on the sofa and chair and cover them with a blanket as the sofa was very old and dirty. We have been told that the sofa will be replaced soon. Unfortunately some of the crockery was dirty, rusty and some of the frying pans were not fit for use. Both shower hoses were faulty where they connected to the shower head (the hoses just need replacing) as does the dirty single bedding. Two of the four dining chairs are rickety so we didn’t use them. The cushions on the sofa and the foot stool was dirty. The lounge windows and window frames were dirty and also the table mats. Unfortunately paid the 60 Euros to the key holder/cleaner on arrival before we looked closely at the apartment or we would not have paid her as it clearly was dirty. I have lots of pictures as evidence but do t think these will upload. Next door are permanent residents and they have dog that yaps at all hours if the day. Stayed 18th Dec 2023 to th Jan 2024, so not a very nice Christmas &. New Year in this apartment. The plus side is that there was always hot water and the complex is very clean & safe.

Had a lovely 5 night stay at apartment, everything required was available. Short walk to my favourite bars. Handy 24hr store has opened since last time out here! Would defo recommend to friends and family. Would book again.
