fantastic stay

The apartment was lovely and clean , we loved the outside sitting area. We had a welcome pack left which was lovely and roz the lady who welcomed us was fantastic too & they arranged airport run for us too which helped. definitely would love to stay again was near shops & restaurants and shopping mall.

When we arrived Roz was so helpful in settling us in straight away,she even supplied us with milk & water which was so thoughtful of her,It was a fantastic apartment and close to all amenities,we will be definitely returning to this apartment.

Fantastic 4 day stay

Greated on arrival by the lovely Roz who showed us around the apartment, the appartment has everything u need for a comfortable stay, the outdoor area is fantastic with lots of seating, the appartment block is spotless and is in a fantastic area with a large supermarket bars and restaurants all within the doorstep, we had a great stay here and will definitely return.

Appartment in a good location

The property was lovely .very clean & had everything we needed. The host Roz was lovely & Jill also..The location was really good in La Zenia walking distance to bars shops restaurants supermarket & 15mins to beach. On the complex was a great pool area, had lots of space. We would stay here again

absolutely fabulous, cannot say enough about the property or Roz. We have been many times to this area to visit family, everything you need or want is on your doorstep, fabulous restaurants and bars, consum supermarket across the little park outside of the property, easy bus routes to airport, 8 mins stroll to beach, will definately stay again

Family stay with adult kids

The apartment was clean and comfortable for 4 adults. The location close to beach, shops including supermarkets and bars/cafes was great and no need to have a car. The pool area was also really well maintained and kept clean. It never seemed to get too busy. We appreciated the shade in the garden during the afternoon which also meant that the inside stayed cooler. Our stay was really peaceful and so easy to relax sitting on the terrace. We enjoyed a day trip out from a coach company that picked up just outside the complex. Communication with Russell was great and he arranged for our taxi transfers from the airport which made everything so smooth. The apartment was well equipped.

We had a great week staying at the apartment. The children loved it, especially because of the pool so close to the apartment. We loved the possibility to sit outside in the garden area in ther morning and evening. It was a very calm and nice area. We were five, so one too many for the apartment, but it didn't feel crowded anyway because of the sofa bed in the living room. The beach isn't very close but it is excellent. Because of the pool we only went there once; by car for the children's sake. Very nice sandy beach. The host was very quick in communication and during the stay it was easy to keep in touch through WhatsApp. Thanks for everything! Cordially, Martin Book

Ideal location for 2 min walk to local bars and shops plus 10 minutes from beach

Very welcoming from Roz when arrived from long drive from le Harve after nice overnight stop in southern France.Apartment was clean tidy and ideal for the 3 of us and our dog 🐕 Roz was on hand to explain all the maintenance side of our stay and even left some tea coffee milk for a nice cuppa on arrival 😊 also had all the cooking facilities which we used for a nice cooked breakfast or evening meal now and then also plenty of clean linen 👍the pool looked great but unfortunately didn’t use as it wasn’t heated plus it was December lol 🥶the people that were staying on the complex was helpful to guide you to the best restaurants and bars so If you’re looking for a getaway for few days or couple weeks even at Xmas with the sun shining and your looking for bit of a chill out I would recommend this Cosey apartment as this is a lovely location with Torrevieja 10 min drive away as well and le zenia beach is lovely 👍👍 so good luck if your not to fussy on size this apartment is very good 👍👍 So thanks again Roz for being on hand when needed 👍👍👍 Gary and Sarah

Christmas & New Year 2022

We stayed in the property over Christmas & New Year. All communication with the property owner was excellent, they got back to any questions very quickly. The property was clean & tidy on arrival. Location is fantastic, 10 minutes walk to the beach, la zenia boulevard & 2-5 minutes to local bars, restaurants & shops. The biggest issue we had (and wish we'd known about before hand) is this property is completely shaded. It wasn't something I'd thought about given the sun loungers pictured on the front terrace. However, this property has a block of apartments at the back & front of them & is north facing. This meant the apartment was very cold & damp. The damp literally climbed the walls & ceilings in all rooms despite trying to keep the windows & front door open in the day. I doubt this is an issue for anybody staying for a week but after 18 nights it was everywhere. There is a drain in the dining room which feeds the apartments above & the water doesn't fully drain away. The sitting water ended up smelling foul & I contacted the owner who assured me this was normal & to put Bleach down the drains (none was left for us, but we were offered reimbursements). So we ended up eating Christmas Dinner & other meals with the lovely smell of Bleach. I wouldnt like to think what the smell would be like during the hot summer months. The sofa in the living room was literally falling to bits making it very uncomfortable, but for a holiday let most people can cope with that. On the whole the apartment served it's purpose. However, I certainly wouldn't book this apartment during the cold months again due to the damp & cold. The apartment complex is very well kept, clean & tidy with a nice pool area.
