The town and marina of Torrevieja is a 20 minute drive away. The living/dining room has a comfortable sofa and armchair, sideboard unit, coffee table, Smart TV, Free WIFI, sound box, dining table and 4 chairs, with Air Conditioning fitted for your comfort. An archway leads to the kitchen and a utility room housing a washing machine. The fully fitted kitchen has a fridge freezer, electric oven and hob, toaster, microwave, kettle, crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils. The main bedroom has a double bed, fitted wardrobes and 2 bedside cabinets with drawers.. Duvets for the winter months. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds and fitted wardrobes with chest of drawers. The fully tiled bathroom has a bath, over the bath shower with sliding doors, bidet, toilet and sink with mirror and light and cabinate. Additional Items: Ironing board and iron, clothes airer, hair dryer, books and games, 2 sunbeds, 1 beach chair, beach umbrella. The property has use of a communal swimming pool which is located in front of the building along with a landscaped garden. There is also plenty of parking in front of the apartment. The property has a balcony area to the front and it is equipped with table and chairs with visibility of the Mediterranean. Bed linen, towels and beach towels are provided. There is a strickly NO SMOKING policy. The property is suitable for couples, familes, golfers. \* CLEANING: We ask you to leave 60 Euros for the cleaning please. Ménage a ameliorer (immonde sous le canapé). Gerante non disponible en cas de problème. La porte s'est refermé avec les clés à l'intérieure et une pizza au four mais la gérante n'a pas voulu nous ouvrir car "c'était samedi soir" selon ses mots. Nous avons donc dû appeler un serrurier, 150 euros... pour d'autres raisons nous aurions compris mais juste parce que c'était samedi et qu'elle avait la flemme... ce n'est pas très sympathique. ##### vanessa G. Poolen såg ut som på bilderna och låg rakt över parkeringen så den var närmre än vad vi trodde. Man hade verken morgon eller kvälls sol på balkongen. Området låg väldigt nära en livsmedelsaffär. Det största negativa var ac:n som var inkopplad till en rörelse detektor, väldigt smart för att spara på ström men när den stängs av hela tiden är det inte lika roligt. Hade det inte varit för den så hade det varit topp betyg. Rubriken på annonsen tycker vi inte stämmer överens med hur det var för det var inte modernt, hade man skrivit ” charmig spansk lägenhet med balkong” hade det stämt mer övertäns. Men som sagt man får vad man betalar för och det visste vi så vi kan inte gnälla för mkt. Ägaren var väldigt trevlig och snabb på kommunicera vilket var mkt bra. ##### Fredrik K. El apartamento está super bien, todo funciona perfectamente y estaba muy limpio. Lo único levemente negativo es que no hay aire acondicionado en las habitaciones, sino ventilador de techo. Check in was so easy, communication with host was fantastic and welcoming. All facilities were perfect, we had everything we could need. Only downside was the air conditioning was not in all the rooms making it quite difficult for the kids to sleep and ceiling fan in the main bedroom wasn’t enough for the hot weather at night when we stayed in July. The air conditioning timed out every 20 minutes so we had to get up through the night to turn it on. We did experience a heat wave when there so more than likely down to the time we went. Communication with the host was excellent throughout. Yes its a ten minutes walk to a shop , restaurants and bars but who doesn't do their research before booking. The location is excellent though, so quiet. The pool area is clean and tidy. The apartment even comes with a couple of lounge chairs for the pool. Everything you could need for a stay here, was available at the apartment. The small touches like milk in the fridge, sugar, tea bags etc go such a long way. Loads of parking right outside too. Tienes comercios que puedes ir andando y la Zenia bulevar a cinco minutos en coche. Y las playas también a cinco minutos en coche. La zona muy tranquila, se puede descansar bien. Las piscinas muy cuidadas y poco saturadas. Aparcamiento al lado de la casa en parking privado y vigilado con cámaras. La casa es amplia, le falta algún mueble en el salón, con respecto al año anterior se ha cambiado la lavadora, tendedero y ventilador roto. Así que genial. Tiene buena conexión Wi-Fi, aire acondicionado y ventiladores de techo. Buena comunicación con la propietaria y se preocupa de las posibles anomalías. Es el tercer año que repito y ha subsanado los detalles que comenté el año pasado. Por eso es mi repetiré el año que viene sin pensarlo. ##### Martín R. Tras pagar por el alojamiento pongo en “google maps” la distancia que hay andando desde la ubicación exacta hasta la cala más cercana (cala llena de algas en la que como te metas algo más que los pies te conviertes en parte de la fauna marina), resulta que aparece que son 35 minutos andando “oh vaya, qué raro, voy a escribir a la propietaria, se tratará de un error”. La escribo y me dice “no voy a hacerte ningún reembolso porque lo diga una aplicación “. Y bueno, vale, entendible, teniendo en cuenta que casi nunca se confunde. Mi respuesta fue “No se preocupe, ya lo comprobaré personalmente”, a lo que me responde “Yo si tardo 15 minutos andando, depende del ritmo de cada persona” (a no ser que tengas ruedas en los pies es imposible tardar menos de 30 minutos) A pesar de ello decidimos alojarnos en el apartamento porque no nos quería reembolsar el dinero ni siquiera parcialmente. Llegamos a Punta prima, a la dirección que nos envió. Dirección fatal indicada porque se entra por la calle de atrás. Nos facilitó un teléfono al que llamar ante cualquier duda. Estuvimos llamando 30 minutos, nadie contestaba. A todo esto hay que sumarle el calor que hace en esas calles sin ningún árbol. Cuando me cogió la llamada, fue una mujer inglesa a la que yo no entendía casi nada. Estuvimos 2 horas de reloj hasta que un hombre de la zona nos ayudó Casa llena de hormigas y sábanas con olor a varón Dandy. Aire acondicionado funciona mal ##### Paula C. It is centrally located, 5 minutes from the nearest supermarket and within a 15 minute walk from a number of family friendly bars and restaurants. It's a 15 - 20 minute walk to the main parade of shops and restaurants and less than 10 minute drive to the beach. The property itself is set in a quiet area and is not overlooked. It had all the necessary facilities and equipment needed. The pool is private, safe and easily accessed. Parking is easy and plentiful (I would recommend having a car so you can explore wider areas). On the rare occasion I had to contact the host she responded quickly and was helpful and answered my questions. ##### William A.
