Sympathetic terraced house with north orientation in the closed Urb. Colinas de la Zenia. With private front garden and communal pool area. Central location to all restaurants and the sea. The popular complex is very suitable for families with children. The adventure center "Zenia Boulevard" is within walking distance. With good bus connection to Torrevieja and Cartagena. Stroll along the various promenades or explore the different beach bays.
