The house is beautiful and the grounds were stunning for photos. Rob was incredibly responsive, accommodating, and overall a perfect host both before and throughout the weekend making sure every little thing was taken care of. The property is beautifully maintained—the grounds are so well kept and manicured that it felt like stepping into a little piece of paradise. The house itself is both charming and comfortable, with plenty of space to relax and take in the quiet surroundings.One of the biggest highlights was how much our dogs loved it here. They had the best time exploring and enjoying the fresh air (not to mention the heated pool). It’s not always easy to find a place that’s truly dog-friendly, but this home was perfect for them.The location was great too, with so many beaches nearby. Made our mornings and evenings extra special, and it was wonderful to have such easy access to the water.We wish we could have stayed longer. Well stocked, huge eat in kitchen, comfortable beds with soft sheets, beautiful, huge heated pool nice and clean. It is like being on a private estate with exquisite grounds. First time to North Fork, it is bucolic as is the property. Southport looks like Chatham without the exorbitant prices. The downtown of Orient is adorable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with our three young children - who made great use of the large outdoor space, trampoline, tire swing and pool. Great location with a quiet beach a short walk away, as well as Orient State Park. We really enjoyed exploring the area, and all it has to offer - loved the farm stands, golf, wineries and Greenport restaurants. The host was very responsive and provided some great recommendations. We had a great time at the house! Robert was quick to respond if we needed anything and he met us at check in to show us around, he went above and beyond as a host! The house is well equipped for a family, kitchen has everything you need, pool toys, beach gear, etc all available for our use. Loved the location! Across the street from Dureya’s for lunch or dinner and then a short bike ride down to Orient state park beach and a beautiful nature walk right outside our door.
