Semi-detached house with entrance and private outdoor space and large terrace overlooking the sea of Talamone. Located on a panoramic hill surrounded by the Mediterranean scrub with sea views and from which you can reach the village of Fonteblanda, the beaches and the main attractions of the Silver Coast in 10 minutes by car. The apartment has a large living room with a sofa bed and a masonry kitchen with a dishwasher. One double bedroom and one twin bedroom, one bathroom. The outdoor terrace is spacious and panoramic and equipped for outdoor living. Private parking on the property
